We have a rather complicated case, as the current process for Portugal residency has been disrupted due to issues caused by another law firm. Alexandra spent an hour with us, carefully going through all the details of what was happening and exploring possible ways to resolve the ongoing issues. She genuinely understands the process and was very clear in explaining what is realistically achievable versus what carries a high risk of failure. We decided to move forward with an arrangement for Alexandra to provide overlay support in parallel with our existing lawyers. Some time ago, we also had an introductory call with Polina, who covers the Spain process, and we were very satisfied with that experience as well. Unlike law firms, Imigrata’s managers and support team are always accessible, which is absolutely crucial. In fact, when we landed in Portugal just two days before our AIMA appointment, our lawyers were unreachable and you can imagine our emotions. In short, we strongly recommend this company.

I had three consultations with Imigrata: a general one, one focused on education for myself and my children, and a final one. All three were very helpful and I really liked them. The education consultation was conducted by Anna — she provided a lot of important and useful information about children's and my education, language learning, etc. The general and final consultations were with Alexandra. We chose the type of visa, checked whether all the necessary documents were in place, planned what to do and calculated the required funds — in other words, we fully prepared for the visa application and the move based on the information she gave.
