Good experience over years
A year and a half ago, I moved to Serbia with Imigrata. Throughout this relocation process to a new country, I had this amazing team alongside me. All questions and nuances were clarified beforehand, I felt very confident about the process and was informed of dates and requirements for each step. If you want something done properly, you’d better do it yourself
I can’t really call this “assistance”, it’s more like occasional clarifications when you raise questions. If you don’t ask, your assistant will stay silent the entire time until you get your residence permit. There are no proactive explanations, no suggestions of different scenarios. Saving you costs isn’t their goal. They just silently follow one standard approach they use for everyone, without considering your individual situation or any nuances. Although in my case there were nuances.
They show no respect for your time. We sat idle for a couple weeks when we could have already submitted the application, all our documents were ready. If you don’t push them, they will never take the initiative or do anything first.
Price. Several hundred euros just for online actions (like registering a sole proprietorship online or submitting the residence permit application online). They they don’t go to any offices and don’t need language skills, so I just can't justify that price.
When I complained, they told me "Buy the full package, and then you’ll get an individual approach" — for several thousand euros for a family. I am not sure the approach would be somewhat different though.
This was my first and hopefully last experience dealing with such helpers. It only confirmed to me that if you want something done properly, you’d better do it yourself. In the end, you’ll save both your money and your nerves.

— All consultations and answers to your questions were provided within the scope of the services you paid for. Moreover, during the process, you requested additional assistance with opening a bank account for your legal entity. Although this service was not included in your paid package, we opened the account for you free of charge to help you resolve your request.
— Regarding the delay you mentioned, it is true that the main service took a bit longer than usual, specifically because of your request for the additional bank account. We always strive to accommodate our clients, even when it goes beyond the scope of the paid package.
