Our trip to Peru was an incredible experience. Maximilian Taylor coordinated everything and he was wonderful to work with. Our tours were interesting and well done, hotels were excellent, hiking the Inca Trail was a life time experience. When I travel to Peru again I will absolutely use Inca Expert Travel.

The entire trip Melany Garcia helped us plan was absolutely fabulous. The Sumaq hotel in Aquas Caliente, kudos to Thalia and the entire staff, along with our guide, Victor. He was so informative, punctual and overall gem of a guide. The trains, hikes, food were all amazing. Cannot wait to return to see more of the country of Peru.

We had a fantastic experience with Inca Expert Travel! Our agent, Leila, built a dream trip to Peru for us. Every transfer went flawlessly, every recommended hotel/ Amazon river cruise ship, restaurant, etc was absolutely perfect. Leila was so attentive to our requests, we got prompt replies to our questions and to be honest, I don't think I could have done even half as great a job planning this huge trip myself! Our private tour provided individual attention to our needs and curiosities. They were punctual, guides pleasant and informative. The meals were so tasty! We didn’t suffer any health issues other than the expected challenges of high altitude. Coca leaves and muña are the friends handed down from ancient cultures to our journey. Perú is exquisitely photogenic and the people very friendly. Our favorite guides: Oscar and Augusto in Lima, Elar and Antonio in Arequipa, Guido and Carmen in Cusco, all knowledgeable and personable. Carmen made Inti Raymi a unique experience with her explanations. Sonia, in the altitudes of Vinicunca, gave us great tips to manage the elevation. In the Amazon, Hugo, the bird whisperer and jungle expert took great care of us. Elias gave a great reception and was very attentive to our needs.

The whole process from booking to travel was seamless. Max, our travel organizer was amazing with planning our itinerary and extremely prompt and communicative with any questions we had. At every step in our travel, the guides and drivers were fabulous. Special shout out to Niko for long hours navigating the roads and getting us to our destinations safely. Extremely professional and well organized. Giselle was so responsive and flexible with our bookings. Our guides were fantastic -- Karina and Peter. We consider ourselves very lucky to have met each of them. Both kind, caring, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Wonderfully helpful with my wife who struggled with altitude sickness the first couple days and needed assistance going up and down at sites. The Inca Expert team planned the itinerary with our inputs and arranged everything flawlessly from airport pickups to land transportation, knowledgable tour guides at each destination (Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu) and best of all arranging the schedules and ticketing for all destinations. Lodging was all arranged based on our desired budget and rating. You pay a competitive fee with time and anxiety savings. All of the hotels included quality buffet breakfasts. All other meals were on our own so we could explore the high end dining experiences available in Lima and Cusco. Be sure to make dinner reservations in advance before you leave since the popular locations are usually booked months in advance. I highly recommend Inca Expert!
