This service works really well.
They found quite a few things and removed a lot. I still get a rare scam caller or text but its rare. I also like the fact that they offered Identity Insurance as well. I feel more confident online with this company taking care of business in the background.

Personally I will not trust this company with my money nor my information again. My experience was that they behaved unethically and made excuses for it. When I questioned them about it they just kept redirecting. Same approach when their service wasn’t working.

I have no problems with the general format. I just think for me the tier prices could indeed be lower. I'm a senior surviving only on my SSI pension.

They promise alot and dont come through
They promise alot and then keep telling you to give them more time and time. It has been plenty of time and all that i have noticed is I am getting waaaayyyyyy more calls and text and now they are calling and texting my wifes number. Yes I posted my wifes number on this program to protect it and now it is blowing up. Go to a different service. This is so bad and now I know why they want you to pay a year at a time so they get their money.

We apologize for the situation that you have encountered.
Incogni removes personal information from covered data brokers, but it does not block emails, texts, or phone calls directly. Spam can continue from older lists, previous breaches, or active campaigns even while removals are progressing.
Please reach out to [email protected] with the relevant account and other details, and our team will provide a more account-specific report.
Easy to use and great results that I can see in real time!

I just got enticed but never xpected to pay so high a price.
Gives me confidence in my passages acroos the internet but it´s too expensive given that I don´t benefit economically in any way for my use of it. Only a means to have some fun..

As of today, they have lived up to their reputation in delivering the service that was advertised from the start. Continue along the same path. They can only make it better.

Upgrading plan question-- quick response
I subscribed entirely based on an ad in a privacy-focused podcast. I've not yet compared reviews out there.
Impressed with the basic plan, I upgraded to "Unlimited", which monitors many more people-search sites. Pro-rating was not made clear up front, so I reported that in chat. Seraphina Ellis in support responded. Assured me that pro-rating is built in, and will pass my observation along to the co. So I went ahead.
Seraphina was extra helpful by hearing my privacy situation. I deeply appreciate. Call it emotional intelligence-- I'm feeling seen and heard. I had dragged my feet on getting any service like this at all, for too long. Incogni's service takes so much stress off.
I'm feeling a world safer after finally signing up.

Incogni works!
It is great to see the potential problem sites my data appears and be able to add ones I find. Like being able to see the removed ones.

Don’t expect your data to be completely wipe from the web
First, i have no complaints on what the company says it does versus what it actually does. However, my expectations on the results of their service doesn’t measure up to the actual results, so far. I enlisted their service after seeing from their initial scan that the detail on the web about me and my family was astonishingly accurate. I paid for the extended family plan covering 420 plus 2000 additional sites. I even used a custom removal or two. Now, I realize that it takes time to contact brokers and they don’t necessarily comply right away, if at all. But 10 weeks in I used a different service to check if there’s been a difference in my data on the web. The result….a genealogy listing of me and my family with the service indicating “High” exposure over 41 sites. Again, no complaints on what they do, but if you think you’re paying for the end result of no exposure on the web, think twice. As for me I’ll give it more time but I feel right now it’s $275 down the drain with auto renewal turned off

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand why seeing a “High” exposure result after 10 weeks would be disappointing, especially after purchasing the Family Unlimited plan.
Incogni removes personal information from covered data brokers and eligible websites, follows up on active requests, and repeats removals over time. However, it cannot guarantee that every reference to you or your family will disappear from the internet, particularly from genealogy, social media, or other excluded sources.
Please contact us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. Our team will review the 41 sites you found, your current removal progress, and whether any eligible pages can be submitted through Custom Removals.
I purchased an Incogni subscription for €81.87 on 11 March 2025. On 22 March 2025, only 11 days later (within the cooling-off period) I emailed Incogni requesting cancellation and a full refund under its 30-day money-back guarantee. I have the original sent email proving this.
Incogni ignored the request, did not cancel the subscription and charged a further €102.33 when it renewed one year later. The renewal was eventually refunded after I complained, but the original €81.87 remains unpaid.
The correspondence now contains 14 messages and involved five representatives: Theo Patterson, Sawyer Bell, Georgia Middleton, Atticus Sinclair and Sylvia Hampton.
Between March and July 2026, I was told that:
-the payment already appeared as refunded;
-the refund had been issued and would arrive within 3–5 working days;
-a confirmation would arrive within 12 hours;
-Paddle had already sent the confirmation;
-both payments were being refunded;
-the refund had been issued again.
Lies. None of this happened. On 23 July 2026, Sylvia finally admitted that the original refund had actually failed to process on Incogni’s end, then promised yet another refund and confirmation within 12 hours. That confirmation also never arrived.
After months of follow-ups, I still have neither the €81.87, nor a refund reference, nor proof that any refund was successfully processed.
This is not just poor communication. Incogni repeatedly provided specific information about a refund which was inaccurate, while failing to honour its own money-back guarantee. I will now contact consumer protection bodies to resolve this issue, although my hope was to resolve this amicably and quickly given the evidence I had provided.
