Two years and no further ahead!
I had an incogni subscription for two years and while the service seemed promising it really didnt deliver anything long term...
The first 3 months were fantastic, I got almost no spam calls/texts and significantly reduced spam email. However, over the next 9 months I noticed it was flatlined at a certain rate, they would say they're "deleting my info" but it was just the same handful of companies over and over again.
I completely forgot about the automatic renewal which was a 180 bucks I'll never get back! It was just more of the same, in fact I'd say I get MORE spam emails and calls now so I decided to let the subscription run out... they only try once to bait me back in which I thought was odd... Six months later without incogni and I still get the same level of spam! Thanks for nothing guys!!!

Impressive results, but not overnight.
It took several weeks to get to the current point of a 90% reduction in spam emails, so it wasn’t an overnight solution. Overall though, I’m happy with the results so far and if we achieve 99% spam elimination I’ll be completely thrilled by Incogni’s magic.

Do not deliver on a core promise
“Found your info exposed online? Send us a link and our privacy specialists will handle it,” ... my photo, name, copyrighted content and personal telephone number were all over a website, incogni.com would not even send them an email.
It is always disappointing when a company talks a big game then refuses to follow through and not even say why. It makes me wonder if anything they say can be trusted. After all, I only have their testimony that they did what they say they have done ... and once trust is breached in one corner of a companies operations, it tends to spread to the other corners too ...

I've been with Incogni for 3+ months. Spam calls today so far are 37. Highest total prior was 33. The calls had been down to 17 per day. I do not recommend this service for blocking phone calls!!!!!

They stole your datas
I asked them to delete my data, they told me they had done so, but they ended up lying to me because I can still log back in.
Under European law, they are required to delete the data within 30 days.
For a data broker removal service, that’s really bad form...

Incogni is designed to reduce your online exposure by removing your personal information from data brokers, which can help reduce spam over time. However, it's important to note that spam may continue for a while even after removal requests are submitted. Data brokers have up to 30 days under GDPR and PIPEDA, or 45 days under CCPA, to comply with removal requests, and organizations that previously obtained your information may take additional time to update their contact lists.
It's also worth noting that Incogni cannot stop communications from companies or services you've previously interacted with or consented to receive marketing from.
