Nightmare Experience

I have truly had a nightmare experience with this store and this company. I went in to have my measurements taken for a custom suit. When the suit came in, the pants did not have many of the features I requested - such as the side tabs to adjust the waist and buttons for suspenders. I went in for my tailoring appointment and they said they couldn't have the tailor add those features but would order me another set of pants. However, the new pants wouldn't come in time for my event. I told them this and they agreed to take in the original pants so I could at least wear them for my event. I came back (3rd appointment) and the pants had been taken in so much - in places I didn't ask for - I could barely walk. At this point my event was in 3 days. They said I could come back the next day (4th appointment) when the actual tailor was in and she could fix it for me. I came to the 4th appointment and then waited 3 hours for the tailor to make the correct alterations. All of this only for the pants to rip at the seam of my butt when I sat down at the event - in front of a full courtroom and the judge during my swearing in ceremony. Horribly embarrassing. I then called the store for a refund for this horribly made suit - only to get the run around for days. STAY AWAY

The folks at Indochino were practiced, humorous, and quick. When I had questions, they’d explain the details to me with actual items as an example. You can trust that they can help you suss out what you want, even if you started out without the most certain picture in mind.

Everyone at the Easton Store is Great

Everyone at the Easton store is great. I don't buy at Indochino frequently -- I am on my second purchase now -- but have spent over $1,000 each time, which is not a small amount for me. As a 6'5", 300 lb. man, made-to-measure can come in handy at times. More importantly, the customization options allow one to create unusual, even unique, garments, which are unheard of in the Big & Tall world of off-the-rack. Stephen, who leads the team at the Easton store, I refer to as "the arbiter of good taste". But, all the personnel are good to work with. I spend at lot of time pre-shopping to make sure I know what I want to do when it comes to actually ordering. All the associates will offer an opinion if asked about any "creative inspirations" a customer has, but will leave the ultimate decision up to them.

Jared at Indochino really helped me out! I just passed the bar and wanted to treat myself to a tailored suit. But it's hard to know what to look for as a woman because places that will do a fitted woman's suit are few and far between. Jared helped me out, was patient with me, and helped me have fun doing it!

Getting fitted for a suit at Indochino was a very professional and smooth experience. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-organized. Jack, the associate who guided the fitting, was exceptionally helpful — knowledgeable about fabric choices, patient through each measurement, and confident in explaining how the tailoring process would ensure the best fit. His attention to detail made the experience stress-free, especially when selecting jacket cuts, lapel styles, and lining options. It was clear that Jack took pride in his work and genuinely wanted to make sure the suit complemented both my style and comfort. By the end of the session, I felt fully confident that I would receive a custom suit that fits perfectly. Overall, the experience at Indochino, thanks to Jack’s professionalism and guidance, was excellent — a great blend of expertise, precision, and customer care.

Indochino - False Promise of Custom Made Suit

I regret ever ordering from Indochino. The so-called custom suit looked like doll clothes. The pants too short, sleeves uneven, and collars lined with exposed felt material. The zippers and buttons looked like they came from a cheap Halloween costume. Nothing fit, and when I reached out, customer service blamed me instead of fixing it. Poor quality, poor service, total disappointment. Buyer beware — this company does not deliver what it promises.

Bad company, bad business

My husband ordered a suit, to be delivered in three weeks. Three weeks went by, as shipping is lengthy since the suit comes from China, and the suit ended up at a post office 2 hours away, due to an incorrect address provided by Indochino to DHL. This was not the address we provided to Indochino or the address on our order confirmation. When my husband contacted the local Tigard Indochino, the salesperson was rude and unhelpful. Indochino has us contacting DHL and the post office for answers, even though this was their error. The post office advised nothing could be done other than return to sender for incorrect address. We have requested a refund and order cancellation after Indochino made us jump through hoops contacting so many customer service agents (DHL, USPS, Indochino) to figure out how to get the suit delivered. Still, no answers or resolution. All of this for an $800 suit from China. Do not recommend. Unprofessional, incompetent company.

Phil was great! He made my experience for choosing my very first suit amazing! He was attentive, and really constructed what I wanted throughout the process. He is now my favorite go to person in the store. This store has found them a new loyal customer!
