Inkifi didn’t deliver my fridge magnet photos I ordered. I tried to reach them over email multiple times. No replies. I have lost $35 with them. They are scammers. Do not order any stuff from inkifi.

Once they have your money, they couldn’t care less
I bought a picture book for a friend which I needed quickly. Inkifi were the only company that could offer the turnaround I needed, so I got sucked in.
The book is extraordinarily poor quality - cheap, flimsy cover and contains multiple blank pages which they couldn’t be bothered to take out, so it looks unfinished. The wording on the spine is printed running off the side of the book and all this for almost £70 including the postage!
When I complained, the customer service guy (Tom) did everything he could to ignore the points I raised. Doubling down, trying to make out it was my fault the wording on the spine wasn’t centred (I simply filled in the text box that was provided by their online tool) and claiming a missed a warning that it wasn’t centred (apparently a magnifying glass is the universally acknowledged sign for this - who knew?).
I’m honestly embarrassed to give this to my friend. For nearly £70, I expected a professionally produced, finished product, not something that looks cheap and unfinished, followed by customer service that attempts to deflect responsibility rather than address the obvious problems. Shame on you Inkifi for producing such overpriced cr*p. You’re a complete rip off and need to be called out for it.
I ordered a framed photo collage as a present and it is beautiful. The website is very easy and quick to use, the picture arrived very quickly and is of excellent quality. Highly recommend!

Picture perfect!!
I ordered pictures for a memorial service for my brother in law. I wanted the attendees to have something that they could take home and keep. So i decided on the Polaroid! I was really impressed with this…
I was really impressed with this company. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy. The design tool made it really quick and easy to lay out all of my photos on the pages of the book that I ordered and I was able to rearrange as necessary. I could even see how many times each photo was used so that I could make sure that I hadn't duplicated anything anywhere. The order came within a couple of days and the quality was superb. A great way to organise all of my kids' crafts into one small book. Fantastic for creating memories without having to take up lots of space.

Fantastic quality Prints
I am absolutely thrilled with my recent experience! The entire process of uploading and ordering my prints was seamless and user-friendly. Four months of silence after admitting the mistake
Ordered a walnut photo calendar on 10 February 2026 as a gift, specifying a February 2026 start. My order confirmation clearly shows Start Year 2026, Start Month February.
It took nearly a month to arrive, and when it did, it was printed to start February 2027 — unusable as the gift it was meant to be.
I contacted support (Tom) on 7 March and was asked for photos, which I sent immediately. On 10 March I was told, without qualification, "We will get the order resent ASAP." I thanked them and asked to be kept updated. I followed up on 20 April. No reply. I followed up again the same day. No reply.
It is now 27 July. No replacement, no refund, no communication of any kind in over three months. My order still displays as PROCESSING in my account, which suggests the reprint was never actually created.
Worth noting that the calendar started in February 2026, so even if they shipped the replacement today, more than half of it has expired. There is no longer any fix here other than a refund.
The print quality of what arrived was fine. That isn't the problem. The problem is a company that makes a written commitment and then goes silent for four months, and reading other reviews here, I don't appear to be unusual in that.

Amazing

I had a problem with my order and it took a while to resolve. They refunded me for the photo book that I never received and they said that their customer service system has been updated. They do have very cute prints when printed correctly.
