I love the prints I get from Inkifi. I journal and make keepsakes so Inkifi's small prints are an absolute godsend. The service is top notch, from order to rapid delivery and amazing quality prints. I can't sing their praises enough. Easy to use App, the process is thankfully painless. Definitely my go to mini printers.
Such a great find!
I created a wedding photo book as a gift for my mum and she was over the moon with it. I was a bit sad to give it to her as I was looking at it every day until I had to hand it over! I will be creating one for myself as the books are such great quality and my wedding photos are so clear. I’m so pleased I’ve come across Inkifi, I will 100% be using you again!

Placed an order and never received it
placed an order and never received it. We had an issue with our address, and USPS was unable to deliver the package, so it was returned to your company. I contacted customer service and asked if the order could be resent. I even offered to pay the additional shipping costs. I was told that the order would be resent as soon as it was returned to your facility. You later confirmed that you had received it back. However, it has now been three weeks, and I have not received any further updates. My emails have gone unanswered, and when I called, I was told that someone from the team would contact me. I never received that call. I honestly don't understand what the issue is. If the original item cannot be resent, it could be reprinted and shipped again. I have been willing to pay any additional shipping costs from the beginning. At this point, the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my order and a resolution as soon as possible.

I recently discovered inkifi and was absolutely impressed by the quality of the prints. I've used many other printing companies and this one is one of my favorites. I loved everything I've gotten so far and the shipping rates are very reasonable compared to other printing companies.
Disappointing print quality
I ordered a flat lay photo book from a holiday as a gift, I had spent time looking for what company was the best option to get a single photo book printed at a high quality print and inkifi seemed to have good reviews about print quality which was the main priority for me along with the paper quality. The paper quality lived up to my expectations and the books presentation did too, however I was really disappointed in the print quality detail and sharpness of my photos, especially for the price. I normally have photos printed at a photoshop locally and add them to an album and I thought a book would be a nicer option for a gift and hoped the quality would have been to the same standard and it really wasn’t. My photos are shot on a canon 5d mark II in raw and edited in Lightroom and exported at max quality, so there really shouldn’t have been an issue there. I was planning on doing this more frequently but unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.
Delighted
Fairly easy to upload the photos once I got the hang of it. Bought two large photo frames. One for my mother's 90th Birthday and the other for my partner's birthday. They are superb quality. The pictures are clear and well laid out. Delivery is quick and the parcels well packed. Delighted.
