Best decision I've made...

Buying an Inogen poc is the best decision I've made since going on oxygen. I'm thankful to have a six-hour battery. No more having to turn off my oxygen while I sit in dr's waiting rooms. My oxygen lasts and charges up quickly in the car and/or at home.

My mom has had this Intogen a couple of…

My mom has had this Intogen a couple of weeks..the design of the hose coming out of the top keeps bending cutting of oxygen flow..the material used is to thin..we used a hospital grade hose and it to twisted and bent..not a good design..plus it increases the cost with having to replace the hose every time you use it..Definitely get a back up battery..absolutely right about the more oxygen you use less time on a charge..at 4 and 5 you get about an hour on a charge.. Honestly for the price, this machine is not worth it..at the price it should do better..very disappointing

Love the Rove 6. Works great. A little heavier than I was expecting. Wish it came with a backpack, hard to use having to carry it in your hands or strapped to your shoulder, I needed it quick, got it and I am very satisfied.

The fact that I don't have to carry…

The fact that I don't have to carry heavy oxygen tanks and take multiple tanks with me. It's light and makes it much easier when I'm outside to work. Being able to have it in my8 backpack is wonderful. I no longer have to stop for oxygen when I'm working.

My energy stopped working and no one…

My energy stopped working and no one will come to repair it I am unable to breathe and I have no oxygen and the inogen company couldn't care less they want to send me on a gofet I am in a lot of trouble and I have had no help my best option is to find a repair service if I could find a repair service I could have my machine looked at and make a intelligent decision I'm an invalid and I'm really at a loss of why this company would be have such bad customer service

Lifetime Guarantee is useless.

The Inogen portable oxygen was purchased with a lifetime guarantee. It is broke. Called customer service, they are wanting me to buy parts to repair it. Guess what, the part just happen to be on sell. Spoke to two people who will not honor my lifetime guarantee. The cost of this machine was double what I could have purchased other brands but we choose this one because of the guarantee. Sent a email to their office. Hopefully, someone will fix the problem.

Light weight easier to use

In the last three months my G5 has…

In the last three months my G5 has stopped charging while we were away from home. The second time was a unit Inogen had just sent me due the failed one I had sent back. Thank goodness I purchased the lifetime warranty from a financial prospective, but not from a safety prospective. Inogen needs to do a better job fixing these machines so folks feel comfortable using them away from home. They’re a good company and can do better!

Allergic to green latex tubing need other tubing or I will have to go elsewhere my lips tingle difficulte breathing swelling and redness please send me a clear non latex tubing for my machine asap!

A miracle of freedom!

When I was first diagnosed with COPD I resigned myself to hauling around a heavy tank. My friend had an Inogen that she’d gotten to use when she flew to see her kids. She doesn’t fly anymore so she gave me her Inogen and I just love the freedom it gives me to get around. I especially appreciate it when I go to the casino. 😉

Carrying case is problem

The machine works fine. The carrying case is the problem!!! Not enough air flow and the battery still gets hot!!!!!!! A redesign would greatly help.

I use the portable oxygen unit whenever walking outside. It is not as noisy as the unit before from a different company. The inogen company so far as been great in providing extra tubes etc. I am happy with the company. Thank You.

We Said NO - They Won't Stop Calling

I called more than two months ago to find out about one of their products for my mom. During that phone call, I said we weren't interested and please don't call or send anything. I have been getting two to four phone calls every single day for months. I have blocked the numbers over and over again only to have them roll the numbers and keep calling. I had to put a block on all numbers not in my phone book which is really a problem because some need to come through. Have listed about 15 of their numbers with the Do Not Call but still no relief. Hoping this will help.

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!

I'm extremely happy with my Inogen Rove 4. It's smaller and lighter than anything I've tried in the past. I can charge it in the car or at home and it came with a spare battery, which is ideal. It performs great and is everything I was promised. Very pleased!
