Great kitchen appliance organizer, but the adhesive is not strong enough.
I ordered the kitchen appliance organizer, specifically for the back of my Keurig, to wrap the cord. I love the product, don't get me wrong. The only issue is, the adhesive is not strong enough. I put it all together, attach it to the back and put the Keurig back into place on the countertop. When I come back the organizer keeps popping off. Since I want it to be permanent, I'm going to go ahead and use a super strong adhesive glue. Other than that ordering, shipping, and being made aware of the status along the way was excellent. Thank you!
Yeah, unfortunately the Gorilla Super Glue doesn't work. The organizer keeps popping off, no matter what I use. The product itself is cool, if it stayed on.🥹
My package never arrived but when l tried to find out its whereabouts customer service just keep telling me to contact the courier company...whom they can't name and ask to see the video of it being delivered. In short l will never deal with them again and suggest no-one does in the future. Extremely disgusted with their service and lack of help.
The item I paid for and did not receive was the Large size Bell, instead I received a small size cylinder that had a distinctly dull and metallic sound flat and totally non-harmonious sound. Upon complaint I was offered a $3.00 refund. WHAT A JOKE! The cost was over $50.00AUD. I advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to think again. The product is rubbish and so is the 'support' offered.
Totally dissatisfied customer.
Unfortunately this site is 100% a scam but a clever one at that, they have left me hanging for months, sending updated courier information, claiming it arrived in my country and cleared customs. As time has gone on the delivery information and response to emails has become more and more vague but they have continued to string me along. I had checked on this site amongst others and thought they were genuine but they are not. If I ever recieve my items I will be sure to update my review.
