The item I paid for and did not receive was the Large size Bell, instead I received a small size cylinder that had a distinctly dull and metallic sound flat and totally non-harmonious sound. Upon complaint I was offered a $3.00 refund. WHAT A JOKE! The cost was over $50.00AUD. I advise anyone thinking of buying from this company to think again. The product is rubbish and so is the 'support' offered. Totally dissatisfied customer.
