Flexible and accommodating staff and policies
I really appreciate that your staff is willing to work with me on finding products that my clients need and is also willing to work with me to ship to US postal priority service cutting the cost for shipment to Guam... Many companies have so many rigid policies that I do not enjoy working with them. But you have an accommodating staff and flexible policies which is highly appreciated. Please don't change.
