Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to write this. We have looked into our records to identify the "problem" you mentioned. It appears this review is regarding an unsuccessful job application to join our team as an interpreter, rather than a client experience.
We receive a high volume of applications regularly. To ensure the highest quality of service for our clients, we only move forward with candidates who demonstrate strong professional communication skills during the initial outreach. While we wish you the best in your job search, we stand by our vetting process to ensure our team meets the standards our clients expect.
Interpreter Database is everything you can ask for in an interpreter service. The are quick, well-priced, courteous, and good at what they do.
I worked with Leon and he went above and beyond his job description to make sure we got what we needed. I look forward to working with him again and would recommend his company to anyone who needs an interpreter.

Our experience with Interpreter Database was AMAZING! I was able to find Leon's contact information online and got in touch with him right away. The communication with him before the trip was great, we scheduled a conference call before the trip so the CEO of our company could meet him and talk to him.
Leon is very responsible and reliable! He helped us even before the trip was booked, and after our CEO got there he helped him in so many ways besides interpreting services.
100% Recommended!!!!

To whom it may concern, It is my pleasure to write this review on YAN Sifan (Samuel). He was my interpreter for a week while I was in Beijing, China. I am glad to report that his skills were excellent; he translated from English to Mandarin with ease. His command of English is excellent for any business and/or technical situation. YAN Sifan was polite, prompt, and is meticulous when it comes to his work. His hardworking personality truly shows when he had expressed his desire to learn more. I highly recommend this interpreter with great enthusiasm for the exceptional quality of his work.
