I have used Alice for both business and personal trips. She is excellent and was well received by my business partners. Alice is resourceful, conscientious and pleasant. Her English is very good. She is very pro-active in dealing with situations that may cause delay or additional cost. I will definitely use Alice for logistics and interpretation on future trips.
