What made my experience greate is definitely a support technician by the name Sudharsan. I might have butchered his name but he was great despite my inquiries being long and not so clear.
I love that Interserver uses real HUMANS and not AI like other companies on the same niche.
You see as a client,sometimes i dont mind if my questions stall or if they delay from not getting a response,especially if the inquiries require human expertise. So naturally i prefer a human over some Chatbot unless what im asking for is basic technical inquiries that dont take much time.
Plus im a nerd and sometimes i need that human connection that is getting lost day by day from the internet; where a huge percentage of the web is run by clunkers and bots. Sorry if you guys find this rude but i have to speak my mind after being frustrated by other companies. I have nothing against automation tools and AI. They just have to be used accordingly.
Sounds ridiculous but thats me.

I was able to configure a VPS and buy a domain name at affordable price in less than 2 days, The UI looked overwhelming at first, but after spending a couple minutes browsing, i was able to quickly figure things out. Customer support was readily available when i needed help, kudos to the team

So I will explain my situaton I boutgh a 3 usd dolars vps host per month what give me 36 usd dolars per yaer. and now they deactive my account asking me 36usd per month. Joking right. They dont give my money back sayng me credit card expires, but i answer to them saying I give mybank details. and this is the answer:

When compared to the other server/hosting companies, the benefits that InterServer provides with this price are amazing. I'm getting storage vps for only 3USD with 1tb of storage, it is the best option to mirror my other servers.

Good value/cost ratio for VPS resources, but not-so-great support for beyond-their-service requests: I asked for just an additional ipv6, and they bluntly replied not being possible (while their /64 network "L2" allocation would likely easily allow it) -- coming from digitalocean because of value/cost optimization I felt the impact of this (downgraded)customer experience.

Too late! Extreme support delay ruined my class. Urgent ticket completely ghosted!
I have been a loyal customer with InterServer for over 3 years, but today their extremely slow response time completely destroyed my live session.
My website runs Moodle for 60 concurrent students. Following their staff’s explicit recommendation, I paid and upgraded to the Boost 4 Cores package today. The moment my students logged in simultaneously, the server completely crashed with a critical database failure and became inaccessible.
This was an absolute emergency. I opened an URGENT ticket begging for help because my class was ongoing. InterServer completely ghosted me and ignored them all for hours. Your support is way too slow. By the time anyone even bothers to look at this, the class is already over, and the damage to my professional reputation is already done. As an educator, I feel deeply humiliated in front of my class.You take my money in a split second, but your support delay makes your service useless when it matters most. I am migrating all my websites away from this provider immediately. I demand a full and immediate refund for this disastrous upgrade!

While some issues arose during a recent migration, the support team worked closely on the case until they identified the root causes and progressively resolved every problem, including VirtualHost configuration, SSL certificate issuance, and email quota synchronization.
Throughout the entire process, the support staff was courteous, professional, and willing to explain their findings. In the end, everything worked exactly as expected, and based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend InterServer.

I have been with InterServer for a year now. I have only had a couple problems, mine not theirs, and each time I have reached out to support they have been prompt, professiontal and have helped me with my problems.
