Vipin (WL) was very helpful in helping me diagnose and fix an issue with an error on my website and told me the domain is not pointing to the webhosting account and updated it for me. I am new to website, webhosting, and domain stuff, and it's been a big learning curve just moving our neighborhood association website from GoDaddy to InterServer to save money. Trial and error, help of friends, Google Gemini, and Vipin (WL) from InterServer. I very much appreciate the clear, quick communication and help when I don't know what I'm doing!

Worst Server and Worst Support

I am writting this review after a final decission. I am giving them 1 star review but even they don't desever that. I am a reguller customer of them. I have unlimited hostings with them. and finally I move to Server. First I purchase 4 slice server and i got some issues i ask them and they refuse to help me and said buy 8 slices minimum to get support. then I purchase 8 slices and I paid them. after that my domains work two to three days in a month but they charge from me every month. when I reach to live chat they are not responding properly I was waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for single reply. and after that there should be only one reply for all msgs sorry for late. you need to create a ticket. if we need to create a ticket than why you have live support option. today i reach out to interserver live support here a person reply me after waiting 15 minutes name " Vidu". He reply me How may i help you after 15 minutes. i send them a long message with my issue. he just reply that team is working on your ticket. but he didn't explain what is the issue with server. than I send 7 to 8 more msgs and after 10 minutes he just reply i can understand how frustrating for you. and ignore my msgs. and after that i again message that what about my issue and then he didn't reply even I wait 15 minutes for reply. Worst experience with interserver. worst Support. Worst server. they just want money not trust.

I recently worked with the InterServer support team on a server migration involving multiple domains, websites, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates, and third-party integrations. Before discussing the migration itself, it's worth noting that I have been a satisfied InterServer customer for more than 15 years. That longevity speaks for itself and is one of the reasons I trusted them with this migration. Sandra and Rahul were both extremely helpful throughout the process. The migration itself was handled professionally, and when I uncovered an issue during post-migration testing, the team stayed engaged and continued working through them until everything was functioning correctly. What stood out to me was that they didn't simply complete the migration and close the ticket. They worked with me through the validation process, investigated the issues I found, made the necessary adjustments, and communicated clearly throughout the process. As someone who manages and develops my own sites, I performed extensive testing after the migration, including website functionality, databases, uploads, email services, SSL certificates, and API integrations. The support team remained responsive and helpful until every item I tested was working properly. The migration was completed successfully, and I was very satisfied with the level of support I received. Sandra and Rahul both did an excellent job, and I appreciate the time and effort they invested in making sure the transition was completed correctly. After more than 15 years as a customer, experiences like this are a big reason I continue to use InterServer. Excellent Service

I’ve been using InterServer for the past couple of months for my infrastructure and server projects, and one thing that genuinely stands out is how fast and responsive their support team is. Compared to the support experiences I’ve had with larger providers like AWS and DigitalOcean, InterServer support has felt much more direct, human, and efficient. Instead of long delays or generic responses, I’ve consistently been able to communicate with real people who actually take the time to understand and resolve issues. Special thanks to Nagendra for being professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout my recent support interactions. Also, thanks to Sajan Samuel and Prac C for their quick and responsive VPS support whenever assistance was needed. At one point, I even requested an SSD replacement, and the team quickly replaced it with a brand new SSD without making the process difficult or complicated. That kind of responsiveness and customer care really stands out. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with InterServer support and appreciate the level of responsiveness they provide.

Great support experience

Great support experience. I had a payment issue with my new account due to a high MaxMind risk score, plus an old invoice from an undelivered service. Nagendra babu (Support Team Manager) resolved both issues quickly and professionally - unlocked the account, re-enabled card payments, and cancelled the old invoice without any hassle. My VPS was activated within minutes. Highly recommended for affordable VPS with responsive support.

Horrible service

Horrible service - they suspend people accounts and screw their webiste without consent. No clear instruction. Never trust them. I cannot to wait to move my websites to another provider soon.
