Although I loved what I recieved, it arrived late. I paid for 2 day shipping and it took a full week for it to be delivered.

After a little bit of back and forth with them, I was able to get my daughters urn and finally put her to rest at home with our family. They personally called me and made sure everything was okay and apologized for the small delay. Overall very happy with their customer service and care.

I lost my mom and ordered her a urn that was special to me I thought she'd love shipping was supposed to be a week a week came and went i called the man said backordered so will be another week I called again just to make sure that lady told me a month can you imagine being that awful to someone that lost their mom and wanted a special urn no email no nothing on the delays then I canceled for a refund and they still have not given me a refund so in-between being destroyed by losing my mom I have to call my bank and do a dispute just to get my refund this is a awful and disrespectful company I don't know how they have these good reviews if it's not from bots these people just got lucky!!!

What made this special was, I ordered it for my son and daughter in law (Travis and Kristi) who has been struggling with the loss of their baby. This urn was a special way for them to honor and yet still cherish Maia. It gives them something to visually see, that she was real and continue to be reminded of the love the hold for her. Darrie! She was so kind, heartwarming and thoughtful. She had the right amount of solemn seriousness combined with the friendliness and upbeat attitude for helping us plan a celebration of life vs a funeral.
