Great customer service every time, Katherine calls back always within hours if not sooner. Ask to talk to Lab tech to go over results, Andrei connected me first by email and asked what would be a good time to call, then he called on time when appointment was set up a few days later and had enough time to go over result and didn't rush the conversation. Nothing but good things from everyone at Ionization Labs.
I am very glad i choose ionization labs for my cannabis distillate potency test, they tested for everything i was hoping to see and did it fast which is important to many people. Do not worry when thinking about chooing this lab for your potency tests, you can not go wrong.
Couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. Hope everything gets back on track soon so we can see the results of the tests, but understand your dilemma. Can’t run a lab without delivery, electricity, water, and personnel whose lives are so affected. Y’all are in our prayers!
Thank you Beverly for the prayers and kind words. It was a whirlwind but we have survived and we are back at with deliveries almost caught up. We appreciate you and your business and we look forward to working with you again. Thank you, JT Sprockett VP of Operations
