Losing the access to pay via Amex was not satisfactory.
1. It works. Have not experienced an outage or failure to date. Simple and straightforward 2. It’s slow though.. payments are not made next day anymore and now not until after 4pm on the value day. In this world of real-time payments that’s too slow. 3. Amendments are still clunky. Changing a credit card, an adjustment to rent amount or similar is either fiddly or requires assistance. 4. Card failures or declines are fatal and irretrievable situations that are only advised to the user the next day. It would be more helpful if this was escalated real time giving the user time to rectify or at least a heads up on the day.
Using coupon is not convenience for the transaction over one card, every time need to ask more, it really make me hesitate to use ipaymy.com.
It really reflect bad on your company that your company had to resort tactics to give promo code only when customer had made payments
Hi Matthew, we are really sorry to hear you feel this way. We occasionally run promotions and our marketing tactic is not to intentionally announce promo codes as a result of an individual recently using our service. We appreciate you as a customer and do note you are still eligible to take advantage of any ongoing promotions.
Alot of manual entry. Should prefill for common bills
I wrote in to enquire about making payment for my investment linked product (AXA) and all I got was the UEN. Said they were unsure of bank acct because depends on the policy (which I stated as investment linked). Wished the customer service would find out for me. If not, no diff from cardup since it is all there.
UX needs improvement. eg. for paying salaries, the monthly payslip and comments should be edited at the payment page, not at the select employee page where you need to click each one to edit. comments should be able to apply to all without erasing other data.
would appreciate if we can work out a certain promo code for customers that is constantly paying above a certain amount, so that we incur less fee.
Hi Hadi! Thanks for being a customer and taking the time to share your feedback! : ) ipaymy strives to provide the greatest value on the market with our fast payout times (next day), point guarantee and our industry lowest standard pricing. As a tip, to maximize the value of any promotion you can pay for multiple expenses at the same time.
Currently having a problem with Amex and promo codes should automatically be added to scheduled payments in my opinion.
Hi Steve - thanks for the feedback regarding automatically adding promo codes to your scheduled payments. While we don't have this functionality right now, as an alternative you can schedule your rent on a recurring basis and automatically enjoy our current 'preferred rate' of 1.79% without having to worry about promo codes. Our team would be happy to help get this set up for you - just give us a shout at [email protected] or on our live chat.
Good UI. I like it. Customer service is top notc.
Cardup doesn’t require us to key the UEN but just the organisation name. I find that a lot more convenient when adding new payees. Although there’s a link that was provided to check, it was not easy to use. And on several occasions when I called payees’ (eg. Insurance companies) hotline to ask for their UEN , the CSO were not able to advise. It became a hassle.
Useful to help earn miles for insurance and income tax.
Hi Keith! That's great to hear! Hope you get to redeem those miles towards a fantastic holiday :)
Lower fees in times of COVID will be better. Help the people, help the company
1 week payout is too long, best to keep within 3 days. Look forward for Msia version to accept American Express.
Hi JT! Thanks for this honest feedback. We can understand how a 1-week payout in Malaysia may not be as ideal - rest assured we are working towards improving this. In the meantime, we can offer these two suggestions: 1.) Take advantage of our scheduled payment feature, this provides for a 4 day settlement time and you can even set this up on a recurring basis so you never miss a payment due date. 2.) If you need some assistance expediting a payment contact our team at [email protected] or on our live chat and we will always do our best to assist if possible. Thanks again JT :)
Theres never a perfect dish... Theres always room for improvement..
Please pre-add common companies like Great eastern, prudential, Aviva, Iras etc. It is annoying to find the UEN and then double check on the account number. Though the positive thing is that after the initial adding, the company will appear personal list. Otherwise, quite good, undercutting CardUp's rates.
Great user experience, and services from the nice folks over at ipaymy! With reasonable rates and occasional promos going on, it definitely help rake up substantial miles for me
