Using credit card It is not as common…
Using credit card It is not as common to use a credit card to pay invoices locally as compared to overseas. Little did we forget about the extra miles and perks the little fee is going to give us. 2.25% for a $5,000 invoice is as though you just visited a fancy restaurant or went for a drink session with your friend - it is both fair and manageable. I have tried cardup which is more expensive, took a week prior to deduct my credit card and have a stringent process of approving the invoices. As compared to ipaymy which only needs 2 days prior to deduct your credit card and that will stretch your credit a little further. Vetting process is also much faster and easier, there is no urgent fee to exploit the customers like what their competitor did. Definitely would recommend it. Didn’t give 5/5 star because the fee can still be lower, or at least lower for regular customers or have a tiering system. Some of us have more invoices and would definitely love to see a better rate =)

I think some the condo account details…
I think some the condo account details you should have it automated like cardup. It was very troublesome to input details myself. If not for the lower rate I would use cardup instead.

A bit of a hassle to input invoice using UEN. Other than that simple and Fast transaction. Very worth it when there's a promotion going on.

The charges a little bit high though we can get the reward points from Credit Card. Hopefully when more people is using Ipaymy, a more competitive charge can be reviewed. Not easy to find UEN of company and get hold of their bank account to deposit the payment. all other is good. Easy to use though

Speechless experience...
I have been a user of Ipaymy ever since 2018. I had missed out a few promo codes, which always happen right after I submit my payment. I have tried to find any new ones before I submit my payment and fail to find any. But I know that I can always ask your friendly team over chat function right? - X The recent incident, I have tried to chat with one of your team members. Before I submit my payment and I tried to ask if there are any new Promo codes for the month of April, he said no... I am thinking, ok thats fine... March has it but I missed it, so maybe April don't have anymore... Thats alright, I have tried but failed... Move on... Shortly after I submit my payment. TADA~! MF! New promo code for April is Out! Hooray for all the other users! But NOT FOR ME! You cannot imagine my frustration when I saw the promo email. Anyway, I have tried whatever I could and I am just VERY disappointed over this...
