Speechless experience...
I have been a user of Ipaymy ever since 2018. I had missed out a few promo codes, which always happen right after I submit my payment. I have tried to find any new ones before I submit my payment and fail to find any. But I know that I can always ask your friendly team over chat function right? - X The recent incident, I have tried to chat with one of your team members. Before I submit my payment and I tried to ask if there are any new Promo codes for the month of April, he said no... I am thinking, ok thats fine... March has it but I missed it, so maybe April don't have anymore... Thats alright, I have tried but failed... Move on... Shortly after I submit my payment. TADA~! MF! New promo code for April is Out! Hooray for all the other users! But NOT FOR ME! You cannot imagine my frustration when I saw the promo email. Anyway, I have tried whatever I could and I am just VERY disappointed over this...
