Order cancelled after two and half weeks with no indication of out of stock on their website

Put in an order on 09/25, kept checking the status on “fulfillment” status for the few days after. Nothing new, I put in a ticket request or whatever on 10/04 asking to see what was up. They responded on 10/06 stating: “Thank you for your inquiry. At the moment we are out of stock on the Active-Energy Magnum Maca. The system usually refunds the account automatically but for some reason that was not the case with your order. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have issued the refund for the out-of-stock item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to go back into your account. Have a nice day,“ WTF? Like I checked the link for this particular supplement and it didn’t state anything “out of stock” but I still can order it. Really? I responded directly to that email stating this and no response. Guess they don’t like to be called out.
