I ordered the very affordable U2 E-bike. It arrived quickly and safely, with a lot a pieces to put together. Instructions were challenging but doable, the first ride then was wonderful! Customer service is also very helpful and quick in response. Thank you!
We are new here all the way from Malaysia and not sure to trust which shop to buy an ebike, especially a website. Asked a parent from our daughter's school where she got her bike, and whether it functions well. She mentioned she had used hers in daily manner of 10km per day for the past 1 and a half year. We decided to give a try, and safe to say, we no longer need to walk 10km daily to send my daughter to school. We are now waiting for our escooter to arrive as my husband directly orders one once tested the ebike. We are not paid to do this review, so if you are new here and do not know which shop to trust, you can try this one. Overall process, they are great. Maybe just need to spend some on marketing so that newbies like us would be aware of their existence.
After a broken issue on my scooter, we try to understand what is the matter. First we changed a module élément but it was note that, after we changed the screen and now its ok. Many thanks for the support and reactivity
Very serious seller. The suspension of the scooter had a problem, they sent it back to me at their expense, at the end of the warranty, without discussing a suspension to replace it. Well done and thank you
Best electric scooter I have ever brought I recommend 100% it’s been 1 year since I bought my first Isinwheel electric scooter apart from the wear and tear of disc brake I have no other issues I have change my screen once and the afte sell service was very efficient and on point The scooter is powerfull and strong I use it every day for work for a total of 26 km everyday for 1 year now and never had issues I recommend without hesitation
The scooters GT2 they sell are unreliable : the battery die after one month, and the controller has issues after only 4 or 5 uses, the scooter therefore quickly becomes unusable. A customer service that openly mocks its customers, doing everything for not refund you, even ignoring your emails and requests, answering you once a day (often with the same automatic mail), all this in order to save time so they can later claim that you’ve exceeded the 30-day limit and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

I have had 1 or 2 issues with the scooter, one of which was no fault of the manufacturer. They responded quickly and resolved the problems in a short time frame.
I bought an Isinwheel GT2 Scooter in November 2022 - From the get go it was a problematic purchase ( we probably got one of those inevitable factory duds). It gave us trouble in various ways which we tried to fix both with the help of isinwheel and also by ourselves. Finally after much drama it stopped working properly altogether. The warranty had lapsed and we were frustrated. We complained to Isinwheel. Imagine our joy and surprise when this company wrote us the kindest message in which they informed us that they had decided to grant us a new scooter although the warranty had long passed. I waited to see if they really would keep word and three days later - that is today - the scooter arrived and my son was able to unpack it with joy and ride off happily. He said it worked better than the first one ever did! I am amazed at the kindness and determination of this firm to redeem itself and to bring joy to its customers. They even included a new helmet in the package - now that is going way beyond the call of duty. That is truly trying to make a boy happy and save the summer. It is clear to me that this firm is not just trying to sell scooters, they have heart and really do care about customer satisfaction. I am so glad to say that I can happily recommend them to all!
The U3 bike is amazing. We bought 2!! So easy to fold and unfold. Very easy to ride with such a comfortable seat and the fat tires. We put baskets on the front and back to carry groceries. We may never need a car again!!! The throttle function is superb. I use it to get going for just a moment to give me momentum and use it to help me up very steep hills. I have only ever needed to use level 2 assist. Level 3 is very powerful!!! I Used it once when I really needed to go fast. I would rather this more than 5 stars. The company responds very quickly and is very helpful. We had a problem with delivery but it was down to the fault of the courier and the company was very helpful in tracking it.
Customer service is the worst I have 3 fail attempts and 2 weeks of run arounds . Isinwheel is not allowing me to utilize my warranty .
First electric scooter and i am so happy with my choice! Its fast, its beautiful and its strong! The customer service was very very helpful with all my questions and it was delivered in 3 days! Couldn't be more happy, if only it could be this isinwheel way everywhere.. Longue vie!
