I was skeptical, but it was a great experience. I got exactly what they said my graphics card was worth and received a check. I wish I'd known about them sooner as I normally upgrade my equipment while it still has quite a bit of value left. I will find a way to use their services again!

Horrible experience

They sent me email saying my iPhone has cracked back (not a true) and I have 24 hours to respond. I missed email ( it went to spam folder) and they paid half of quoted price. It also took them over 2 weeks to test iPhone. Horrible experience

And they say, "somethings are too good to be true". itsworthmore is the exception. Fast, easy with timely communication made this a service that has me rethinking all of my electronic dispositions! Fair price makes this the best option and it is not even close!

Good and Bad

Good shipping experience and, though their criteria for condition is exacting, it is understandable and there have been no disagreements. Very high payment for traded in Apple gear, especially compared to what Apple gives itself. My big gripe is payment has become very slow whether using the "check by mail method" or, less understandably, using an ACH request (which appears to be no longer offered). My bank doesn't use Zelle for receipt of funds and Paypal charges 3%. My first trade got settled quickly but the last two have taken on the order of 2 calendar weeks to get after approval, though I did get my full payment eventually.

No problems with this company at all except I thought the price they offered should have been more considering the quality and condition of the item purchased. That said, payment in bank 24 hours after receiving said item. Thank you.

I paid $435 for an iPhone 14 listed in good/excellent condition, but my experience was very disappointing. The phone arrived with only 1% battery, and when I tried to charge it, it would only show that it was charging for a second before stopping completely. The charging port clearly wasn't working properly. I also noticed that the phone had less storage than what I expected based on the listing, which was frustrating. This phone was supposed to be my birthday present, so I was really excited. Instead, I had to deal with returning it and waiting for a refund. Looking back, I wish I had just gone to an AT&T or Apple Store from the beginning so I could have had a working phone for my birthday. The one positive thing I can say is that I did receive my refund after a few days, and I appreciate that the return process was completed. In the end, I bought a phone directly from AT&T, and everything worked out. For me, this was a lesson learned. From now on, I'll only buy phones directly from authorized retailers or carriers. Ordered from this Company on the 'Back Market'
