Scam enterprise

Sent two devices S9 Note and S20 Ultra. Videoed the devices before sending. No cracks, no water damage, no scratches, nothing bent. One device had a defect in the display otherwise excellent condition. Packaged by UPS. Photo was taken. Not possible to damage devices in transit. Offer was $195. Claiming the back was broken on both devices, possible water damage, Proposed payout $20. Have had devices for two weeks allegedly because they have received very many devices. I suspect they have scavenged them hence the damage. The reviews probably a scam.

read all the other 1 star comments. same bait and switch story as everyone with a 1 star I took before pictures of the item that they are claiming has a bent screen and a whole litany of fabricated defects. it does not have any of those. I also sent in my charger on a separate label they provided and they docked my offer from 170 to 25. this company is a scam please do not respond with your generic PR pathetic excuses. the rep liz is horrible and has a shitty attitude

Just finished selling my second phone on the heels of the first one. Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was amazing and painless. No hassle dealing with flaky buyers trying to low ball or straight up ripping you off, both times I received the quoted price. I can’t speak highly enough and almost look forward getting to sell another in the future.

They usually pay what was quoted, but payments can take up to 2 WEEKS. They are very slow, but otherwise my experience has been mostly positive.

Slow to respond, slow to send the check, would not recommend. Low offer for a basically perfect phone I got my check 3 weeks after they received the device. USPS is not THAT slow.

Classic bait and switch

The original offer was dropped over 80% and all the information was accurate that applied to the first offer. The product was shipped to the company and they inspected it and dropped the offer 80%. The product I sent them was used maybe twice. It had been taken out of the box once it was in flawless condition. Every other bit of information that I provided them was accurate. There was no reason for the offer to be dropped. The classic bait and switch. They think that once people send the product to them, that they can drop the offer significantly and that the customer will not want to deal with the hassle to have it returned. That's how they operate. Which is a pretty clear example of a scam if not an illegal business practice.

Very fair offers for used tech and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. They were very good at communication and the options to receive payments for my items were very convenient.
