Easy to use. Best payout around!

The questions about the condition of our phones were ready to understand and the label printed easily to affix to the box. Emails were sent to communicate both product arrival and payment initiation. I'll be back to use them again!

Ok so a few hiccups but it’s worth more solved the problem satisfactorily. I put in for express processing and although the items were accepted and inspected in a timely manner the payment was hung up in email. It took a few emails later but they made good on the payment and refunded part of the processing fee. I was happy with the results.

The business flagged my previous…

The business flagged my previous complaint, so I’m rewriting this hopefully so others can avoid the same mistake. I owned a 16” MacBook Pro (2021), first owner, in mint condition. Just a few months ago, Apple replaced the battery along with the top case, so essentially a new keyboard, trackpad, and battery. After answering all their questions honestly, I was quoted $560. I even paid for insured shipping and sent it in its original box. What could possibly go wrong, right? They promised an evaluation within 5 business days. It took 15. Communication was minimal. Then came their assessment: – “Signs of use” on the display – “Signs of use” on the keyboard – Possible liquid damage to the trackpad None of this reflects the actual condition of the device. If there were any such issues, Apple would have flagged them during the recent repair. At that point, you’re left with two options: Accept a revised offer that’s 20–45% lower than the original (already modest) quote, or ask for your device back without knowing what condition it’ll return in after their “inspection.” I know the condition I sent it in. Losing $200 won’t make me poor but it definitely made me smarter. I won’t be using their service again for selling devices in excellent condition. Lesson learned. I’m sharing my quote ID so you can all see I’m a real frustrate customer who fell into their trap - Offer #2632582. They try to flag reviews cause they know they’ve been shady.

We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our initial quote is based on the information provided at checkout, and every device is fully inspected upon arrival to verify condition and specifications. In this case, several issues identified during evaluation differed from what was submitted. The device was verified via serial number to have an AMD Radeon Pro 5500M GPU rather than the 5600M originally selected, which impacts its market value. The trackpad was also found to be stiff, most likely due to pressure from a swelling battery. Additionally, the keyboard/top case show imprinting on the display from repeated closure while the device is warm, along with visible finger wear on the keys from normal use. Due to these conditions, the battery and/or trackpad would need to be replaced prior to resale. Based on this evaluation, the device cannot be resold in flawless or excellent condition and would be graded no higher than “good” in its current state. Our condition criteria and requirements, including accurate specifications and overall condition, are clearly outlined during checkout to ensure quotes remain accurate when devices match those selections. Regarding your previous review, it was flagged due to the language used. Trustpilot independently reviewed and removed it in line with their guidelines. We welcome all feedback as long as it is shared honestly and respectfully. Customers are never obligated to accept an adjusted offer, and we always provide the option to have the device returned at no cost. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify our process.

Bait and switch company I was quoted…

Bait and switch company I was quoted $165 for Iphone that was in great shape no scratches battery worked great held charge for two days. When Itsworthmore inspected they had BS excuse about phone and only wanted to give $50. If phone was only worth %50 should have been upfront and honest from the start. Never use them again.

We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our initial quote is based on the condition selected at checkout, and every device is thoroughly inspected upon arrival to verify that condition. In this case, the device was submitted as being in good condition; however, based on our findings, we are unable to resell it in that condition. The battery health was below 80%, which requires replacement to ensure proper performance, and there was also internal LCD damage that would require a full screen replacement. These issues fall outside the criteria for a “good” condition device. During the checkout process, our condition guidelines are clearly outlined, including expectations around overall battery health and functionality, so that quotes can be as accurate as possible when devices match those selections. Because of these findings, an adjusted offer was provided to reflect the actual condition of the device upon inspection. As always, customers are never obligated to accept an adjusted offer, and we offer free return shipping if you choose not to proceed. For full transparency, attached are images of your device showing the condition noted during evaluation. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.

Bad experience. They’ll renege on initial offer and low ball you if you ship your product

Shipped my laptop to sell to them with an initial offer of $290. They then dropped it to $170 and made up literal lies like the track pad isn’t working when it works perfectly fine. The frame separated when it didn’t. The battery is swollen which it isn’t. And said it has light scratches / scuff when the laptop is nearly in perfect condition other then a couple tiny marks that are the size of a pupil of an eye. I double checked everything to verify it when I got it back in the mail. I figured this would happen though. It’s very common for businesses to renege on an initial offer and low ball you once they receive whatever you’re selling to them in the hopes that you’ll just take the offer.

We understand your frustration and appreciate you sharing your experience. Our initial quote is based on the condition and specifications selected during checkout, and every device is thoroughly inspected upon arrival to verify that information. During evaluation, several issues were identified that differed from the submitted condition. The trackpad was found to be non-functional and required the use of an external mouse for pointer control. The device was also found to have frame separation, which impacts structural integrity and may worsen over time without repair. In addition, the battery showed signs of swelling and required replacement due to safety and performance concerns. The device also contained visible scratches and scuffing inconsistent with Flawless condition grading. Based on these findings, the device could not be resold in the condition originally selected during checkout, which affected the adjusted offer. Customers are never obligated to accept a revised offer. If a customer disagrees with an evaluation, they may request either a re-evaluation or a return of their device at no cost. In this case, you chose to have the device returned, which we promptly completed. We understand that not every evaluation outcome will align with a customer’s expectations, but our offers are based solely on the verified condition of the device received. We appreciate the opportunity to review your device and wish you the best moving forward.

I have sold many devices to it’s worth itsworthmore.com and they always have the highest prices to buy my devices and they are clear in what they expect the condition to be like. If you read closely and inspect your device they will always pay what they promise if you select the right condition.

1st time experience selling a PS4 slim with 1 TB. Quoted and paid the same price after they received the machine. Others say they low balled them after they received machine. I had zero problems…just clean, reset to factory and packed WELL! Paid with in 8 calendar days of sending machine in. Would do business again with Itsworthmore.com

Be careful sending your tech to this company.

I’ve just had my iPad Mini valued by them and they come and tell me that I haven’t turned off Activation Lock, so now they are accusing me of not being the one who sent them my iPad and that they accuse me of identity theft etc. I’ve had back and forth emails from them and I’m asking for my iPad to be returned to me because I don’t trust their judgment. It’s the first time I’ve traded with them but it might well be the last time I ever do business with them. Not sure I’m impressed with their feedback. If I could I would have given zero stars on my feedback.

I recently sent in my old iPad and Apple Watch for trade-in, and I was really impressed with how seamless and straightforward the entire process was. The instructions were clear, shipping was easy, and I received my payment quickly. Overall a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this service to others.

May edit review once device processes.

I will edit the review once the device gets 'processed', but right now, the negative reviews here are really making me afraid. This is my first time using this website to sell my laptop. Usually, other services I've used process within 3 business days, but this company seems to be a lot slower, even offering a 'pay to expedite' processing service (HUGE red flag). A different reviewer said there's a hidden 7 day processing policy that wasn't described upfront. I'm concerned on whether I should file a complaint? I've filed complaints previously with BBB & others for shady companies & practices, with one reviewer stating the company directly downgraded their offer yet listed the device on their own website for maximum full value. 🎵 🎶 🎵 🎶 🎵 🎶

What Tbeir Intake and FAQs Don’t Say

I've been a loyal customer for years — thousands of dollars in trade-ins, never a complaint. That ended with my most recent shipment. My equipment arrived on April 8. I followed up on the status and was told — for the first time, after years of 2-day turnarounds — that the policy is a 7-business-day window. I asked to upgrade to their expedited processing option at $75. They declined. Expedited is only available at submission, they said. Not after. Here's the problem: no processing timeline is disclosed anywhere during submission. I tested it. I went through the entire intake process again and submitted a test trade-in. Not a single word about turnaround time. It's also absent from their FAQs. As of April 20. My equipment arrived 13 days ago. It has not been processed. I have received one email — the arrival confirmation — and nothing since. This is not a minor service gap. This is a breakdown in communication, transparency, and basic client management. The refusal to accommodate a simple expedited request — on a shipment they'd already had longer than the expedited window — was the final word on how this company values long-term clients. I won't be back. If you're considering a trade-in here, know what you're agreeing to — because they won't tell you upfront.

Fraudulent listing of device

Fraudulent listing of device. On 2/4/24, they sold me a phone that was simply listed as"carrier locked". If it were simply carrier locked, the lock can be reversed after the device is paid off. They fraudulently neglected, however, to notify me that the device was not simply carrier locked, but PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED by the carrier instead due to lack of payment. They never disclosed the financial blacklist PERMANENT carrier lock due to unpaid device balance. The outstanding balance owed to the carrier is over $1000. I didn't discover that the device was permanently blacklisted until 4/1/2026 when I tried to change mobile providers and was informed that the device was permanently blacklisted, which is totally different than the simple, usual carrier lock that the seller implied in the listing. This was clearly false, deceptive advertising. They should clearly warn consumers that the phone was blacklisted, which is completely different than a simple carrier lock, as they are well aware of, but neglected to include in the Ebay listing. They were negligent in failure to disclose the blacklist due to unpaid balance on the device, and refused to admit that this deceptive advertising was wrong. Buyer beware!

This is truly a professional organization.

When I decided to sell my iPhone and Apple Watch Ultra to this site,I really didn’t know what to expect. But I was very surprised that everything went extremely smoothly, and they even decided that I had undervalued my watch so they upped the offer without any prompting. To me that is a true sign of professionalism and in this state and age it’s a very uncommon business practice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell electronics.
