Been trying to get an update for almost a week now for my delayed delivery.Unresponsive customer service.Whatsapp messages blue ticked without a reply,live chat giving out auto replies and no replies to email.Basically ghosted me on all platform that i have tried contacting them.Been trying to get them to cancel my subscription and no replies so far.Wouldn't be suprised if they still charge me for next month subscription
Its been a month and still i'vre haven't got refund for my payment. I emailed their customer service but keep telling me they will inform their team. I told them if they dont want to refund my money just send my perfume with my original choice. Until then nobody reply my email. So guys if you buy in this company but at your own risk.

i dont even want to give 1 star. bi=ut no choice .Bad CS and they keep deducting my money w/o give the stock . keep telling me they are waiting for restock . Promise isnt fulfilled . Beware . i m totally disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!

Love the smell of the perfume ,fast delivery and very cute bottle atomiser.
its so late i still havent recieved in 2 weeks, no one ks telling when the perfume are restocked no one even mentioned tje perfumes are no stock on website.. its a present for a few friends and now theres no point if it dorsnt come on time :(((
you should include an expected date of arrival once the order is placed like lazada
Very poor customer service as they did not inform me that 2 of my choices is out of stock, as per email my order is on the way i've waited for almost a week and did not receive my order so i reach out to their customer service to ask why i until that time i haven't receive my order and was informed that 2 of my choices is out of stock. Now i ask for refund and until now have not receive my refund and also cancelled my monthly subscription.
Very sleek bottles and packaging. Very convenient size bottles to carry around. It’s also a wonderful way to try out perfumes before buying a full bottle that you might not end up liking. Love this concept!

Communicates with customers when stocks are low, the ability to reschedule and skip subscriptions is great, removes the guess work as to whether I have a range of fragrances for all occassions because after 3 months, you're sure to have something for every occassion.

This subscription is not only cost-effective but also allows us to explore luxurious niche brands without spending too much. I heard of this subscription from my brother and I am loving it so far! It's appropriately priced and no extra charge for the more expensive or branded perfumes which is so fair! Thanks to them I can tick off my dream list of perfumes without breaking the bank.
My recent subscription bottles did not have labels on the bottles to indicate the fragrance.
