What people say

my flowers was not delivered on time

my flowers was not delivered on time. it was delayed by 5 hours. this is not good as it was my father's 80 birthday. therefore the service is unreliable. this flower company has no tel no. for you to contact anyone. when you email them they do not reply either. I DO NOT recommend this company as it offers poor, unreliable service. the only positive point is that the flowers are good. exactly as seen from the website.

Flowers were Great

Flowers were great, but I am confused why you contacted the recipient via a text to tell her about the delivery and text the message to ruin the surprise of receiving the flowers and reading the message with the flowers Thank you for the update, and now I know this information, it makes sense and I can understand. Please see my email for next order, thank you.

Hi, since the pandemic started we have to contact recipient prior of delivery to confirm address, availability time and if there are any restrictions at the delivery address. Regarding your order, once we have contacted your recipient, she provided us another delivery address far away from the address you provided us on the order. Therefore if we didn't contacted her and just went directly to the address you provided us, delivery would have been done to a wrong address. Also your recipient answered us that she just broke up with her ex-boyfriend, she did not want anything coming from him so she requested us to send her in advance your greeting card message text to allow the delivery. If we didn't provided her the greeting card message she would had refused the delivery. I hope this clarify the concerns you had, you may contact us by email as well if you need.

good service

At first I was really amazed by the service - quick delivery (I ordered less than 24hrs in advance), contact with recipient, timeliness, etc. However, the quality of the flowers is very disappointing - they started to wilt after 2 days, which for the amount I've paid I didn't expect so quickly.

I was wary of sending flowers to China…

I was wary of sending flowers to China as I'd never heard of any of the suppliers, so I read the Trust Pilot reviews and Iweiyi seemed to be legitimate and had relatively good reviews. Ordering on line was pretty straightforward (except for entering the delivery address, as I wasn't sure which parts of the address (in Mandarin) needed to go on which line)! The only issue I had was that the supplier insisted on telephoning the recipient to check they were in before they would deliver, but couldn't get through on the phone number I had provided, (I think because it was a business phone and they were calling outside office hours). I'm not sure if this is a standard process, or was due to the local lockdowns in Shanghai at the moment. Anyway, they were very quick to e-mail me about the issue and we got it resolved and delivered very quickly. My colleague sent me a photo of the flowers, and although they weren't exactly like the website picture, they were very similar and still very nice. I would definitely recommend this company.

Poor Service & Bad Flower Quality

Poor Service & Bad Flower Quality The delivery was late. Asked for morning delivery, and it was delivered late afternoon. The delivery person asked recipeint to meet them somewhere instead of delivering to the recipient's apartment. The flowers are not as shown on the website. Much smaller, and cheap looking, and some started falling off the next day. Will not use the service ever again!

Great flowers but customized orders don't seem to work.

Flowers looked great but arrived a day late. Probably because I ordered them for Christmas only a couple days before Christmas which I think is fair. It was one day late instead. What was not ok was the 'custom order' section of the delivery not being met. I emailed requesting a certain type of chocolate not on the catalogue and the florist said that it can be sourced and delivered. I emailed about how to include this specific order but was not responded to. I added the 'custom order' item to my cart expecting that the '$11.76' default price would cover it. What arrived was a small teddy bear, which was nice, but not exactly what I ordered alongside the flowers. Checking back now the 'custom item' order is now $39.19. Whatever that means. Oh well. I am thankful that this service actually works and accepts foreign bank cards unlike many others in China.

Flowers delivered late

Their website allows you to specify the time when you want the flowers delivered. In my case I specified between 8am and 12pm. The flowers weren’t delivered until after 3pm. You pay a premium for the service but your job doesn’t necessarily get prioritised. It was supposed to be a surprise for my wife but the one surprised was actually me for chasing them from 12pm using only email as they don’t have a phone number for customers to call. I suspect the locals enjoy a more prompt service due to competition but foreigners get de-prioritised because we are more tolerant, even though we pay a lot more than the locals.

I am on the other side of the world without solution

I am on the other side of the world, we had a problem and the shipment was forgotten, they take time to answer and now I do not reach the date. they are flowers, still. or I have a solution .. I hope we can deliver something before the end of the year
