Trustworthy

The delivered flowers were exactly the same style and types as in the site's pictures. I picked the choice of delivery time from 8:00am to 12:00 noon. The flowers were delivered in the afternoon. Timing of delivery could be better. Nevertheless, I am vey happy with the company.

the site is very convenient to send flowers to china when you live in another country. The choice is very varied. Delivery possible the next day, or the same day with the time difference. The help desk is very competent and responsive. Deliveries are efficient and can even change locations by agreement between the florist and the recipient. Very appreciable flexibility. Bug following troubleshooting and support even if the site does not respond. However, I have 2 grievances to express. An application on android will be very practical, rather than looking for the site every time. The second complaint is the recurring problems for the orders, because there are bugs, hoursly compensated by an ultra fast and competent after-sales service. Attractive prices with the possibility of paying in the currency you want. I recommend this site.

Very reliable but concerning substitution choice.

I asked for a morning delivery the night before and they delivered only an hour late which I think is very fair because it was the day after 520. Flowers were exactly as shown on the website and in perfect condition. However, I ordered a Ferror Rocher 8 piece pack but it was substituted for a Golden Dream 8 piece pack. According to their substitution policy, it should have been equal or greater value however Golden Dream is much cheaper than Ferror Rocher. I understand it was a very last minute order however this seems to go against their substation policy.

The flowers arrived nicely to their desired destination. However, the message was apparently slightly hard to find, and in english, there were a few minor mistakes and omissions. Overall, it's a great company!
