I had an issue with a losing one of my water siphon and I emailed jack&rose to see if I could get a new siphon. Not only did I get a new siphon they gave me a whole new steamer. The Jack ＆ Rose Travel Steamer has been our go-to for vacation as an easy, lightweight, and portable design for our steaming needs. After a few years of use, we lost the reservoir cap for the water tank. We misplaced it while packing, un-packing. Everything else was still intact but the device would not work without the cap as that is where water feeds from the tank to the steamer. I looked on Amazon, Jack & Rose website, etc. for a replacement reservoir cap or the entire tank. I did not want to buy a brand new one since the one we have is working just fine. I reached out to Jack & Rose customer support via their email about finding a replacement reservoir cap. Andrea, from the support team assisted me throughout my inquiry. She was understanding, knowledgeable, and responsive to help find a solution for us. I asked for just the reservoir cap at the very minimum or the entire water tank. Andrea said she would take care of us, sent a new one with the tracking and kept us well-informed throughout the shipping and delivery process. To our surprise, a brand new travel steamer was delivered. We couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and how Andrea went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I would recommend Jack & Rose products to my friends and family after this experience.
My steamer arrived malfunctioning, but I didn’t realize it until I finally got around to opening the box. By then, I was outside the return window. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and immediately sent me a replacement without any hassle. Jaina was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. The steamer iron is a great product and we use it daily. It malfunctioned one day and the customer service team was able to ship a new one to me while under warranty. I am happy there was no hassle and we can get back to our regular routine at home.
