My steamer arrived malfunctioning great customer service
My steamer arrived malfunctioning, but I didn’t realize it until I finally got around to opening the box. By then, I was outside the return window. Customer service was absolutely wonderful and immediately sent me a replacement without any hassle. Jaina was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. The new steamer works great, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service
