I deposited and wagered thousands of dollars on Jack Casino, and this has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had.
I reported what appeared to be a serious issue in the Jaguar game and provided clear video evidence. Instead of feeling like my case was genuinely investigated, I spent days receiving generic replies while trying to explain the same issue over and over again.

Downhill since change over
Ive played here for nearly a year and i did really like JackBit never had any withdrawal problems, thought the payouts from bonuses was fair, bonuses/Freespins came in fairly quickly, live help was good and i had some good days on here. But i must say ever since the change over from JackBit to Jack casino its gone downhill big time, all the deposit addresses have changed, the rake back bouns is a scam i got done for money on the 10x bullshit. cant even hit a bonus on any game anymore, the payouts are so shit when and if you do. First of all outside this only complaint I have never had any issues with jackbit and enjoyed playing on it.
I got taken 1600 usd from my 2200 usd winnings using my monthly bonus which was 41 usd this month. The rule support is citing is found under the "Rakeback VIP Club Benefits" section, which states: "Winnings from the rakeback cash bonus are capped at 10x the bonus amount." My winnings were derived from my "Monthly Bonus," which is listed as a separate benefit from "Rakeback" in your own VIP documentation. There is no mention of a 10x cap in the "Monthly Bonus" section, nor did the email received notifying me of this bonus disclose any such limitation.

Since they have become Jack they are awful. I have play4e here for a year or so wagered $3.6m am Platinum VIP status and all of sudden the rules change around when you can claim cashback bonus . Even if you 3k down they tell your not eligible and the the rules are different now etc,

This site either has an employee stealing money or they just let it happen. I logged into my account and tried to place a wager but it said I didn't have enough funds. I checked and someone had got into my account and sent the majority of the funds in tips. and the little bit left transferred out. mysteriously they say they have no information for any of the transactions. and they could do nothing but say I could open a new account.
I did the live chat with your employee. That is how I found out that you couldn't give me any information about my alleged transactions. For some reason either you have no information saved in your site about transactions or I am just not allowed to check and see what happened or what I did. There was no comment about doing anything to help. Just the statement of we are deleting your account for security reasons and I can create another one to let you scam.
