Do NOT. I repeat: Do NOT use Jacket Hub. Not unless you want to lose your money. They have $168 of mine since Dec. 6, 2024. They failed to deliver the jacket and they have not returned my money as of Feb. 5, 2025. Week after week, they keep saying "The money is refunded." But, IT's NOT. This site is fraudulent. Go someplace else!

Long story short -- I ordered a jacket and then the shipping date was delayed time and time again. I contacted Jacket Hub and was told there would be a 30% charge for cancelling my order.

VERY deceptive business practices. I ordered a size 36 jacket and received a size 40 jacket. First they asked if I would keep the jacket because returns are difficult due to the LA fire? Bizarre. I say no, because I didn’t buy this jacket as it is the wrong size. Then I am told the warehouse manager put the wrong size tags and the jacket is actually the correct size and that "I could even measure it." LOL WHAT IN THE WORLD. I did measure and it is most certainly a size 40. Despite all of this, they will not provide me a full refund and allow me to ship this item back. Stay far away from these people! They are full of lies and take no responsibility for their mistake.
Michael is a great Customer Service representative. He provided me with a timely response and a more than fare resolve. I really appreciate my experience with him and look forward to the final resolution.
I've waited over 2 weeks and still no information about shipping. They say it is still in the PROCESSING stage. WHY does it take 2 weeks to process. Must be getting a late shipment from Asia🤬
These people suck they scam you they don’t give you good quality clothing. They sent me a Stained item I called the minute that it was received in the mail. They are only offering me a 15% refund or wanting me to pay $40 for another size. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau The fabric of the clothing was already peeling
Beware of doing business with these guys. Website says they're based in California, but those are just middle men. Actual items ship from middle east. I ordered an item, they shipped a completely different item, and said the only way I could get my money back was to ship the wrong item back to Pakistan at my expense (which would be half the purchase price). They refused to provide return shipping. In the end they said the best they'll do was to refund half my money, which I begrudgingly agreed to. But this refund never came, as they blamed my "bank" even though I charged it on Amex. So now I'm out the whole purchase price even though it was clearly their mistake.

Then only a part of the refund was refunded (obvious scam!!)

Very poor experience. Quality is low and not anything like the photo. Products are shipped from Pakistan and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Logo on the sweatshirt peeled after wearing it indoors for only 2 hours. I've never purchased something with such poor quality! I paid over $80 buck for this thing!
Customer service guy was impossible to understand. I sent in pictures and now have to wait for "quality control" to evaluate it then I'm going to have to mail this thing back. Unbelievable. I'm pissed. I'm glad others have had a positive experience so I'm hopeful I can get my money back. This company is a joke.
They sent a product that was an imitation
and terrible quality. Though they say they can refund it, don’t bother. They won’t as they said it would be too much to return to Asia. Don’t do it!
I ordered a jacket that was in the Dumb and Dumber movie the Lloyd Christmas, it was prefect and delivered the jacket on time. My son could not believe that I found it. Now I am looking for the hat and gloves. I will be ordering from you again thank you for meeting my expectation.
The customer service was excellent. They went out of their way to assure I got what I needed. My original purchase was too big but I was unable to return it and there were no other sizes available. Awhile later, I contacted them and they found a way for me to get the size I wanted. They were very polite, courteous, understanding and professional. I recommend doing business with these people.

The company is asking for me to remove the review, only then, they’re willing to refund me (sounds illegal but ok).
SCAM, company is hard to deal with. Their costumer service is highly incompetent.
Unfortunately I trusted the good reviews and ignored the poor reviews only to find out they will not be shipping my item and have been working for weeks now to get a refund. I’m probably out of that money now honestly, lesson learned though. Stay away from this company, or gamble with your money and maybe you get luckier than me.
This is actually not a legitimate company. I ordered the Murderers Only jacket. Medium. Same size my entire life. One month later, a huge, oddly shaped thing arrived from Pakistan. The sleeves were 11 inches longer than the body of the jacket, and they were each the size of a small pair of pants. I called them. They said they would “replace” it, If I sent them $60 additional for shipping, and waited 3 weeks. Avoid this scam.
I reached out to customer service to check on the status of my order (the first with Jacket Hub) via email because I was hoping to get the ordered item in time for a convention. They replied within 4 hours that they were working on it and I would get it in time. Then I soon got another response with the date it was planned to ship. I am impressed by the quick responses - especially since today is the day after Thanksgiving! Great customer service!
