The customer support has ghosted me on email. I’ve attempted to get my refund on items that were immediately returned and never opened or used. I’ve sent multiple emails and proof that items were received by their company. This is beginning to be very frustrating. They do not stand by their promise to refund.
I wanted to return the shoes as they didn’t fit and I was not interested in the style. The return process is a nightmare. You have to pay to send the shoes back and a “handling fee” of 10%. The fee was never mentioned on the website. I have emailed back and forth 5 times now and still don’t have an address to mail the shoes back. It will be about $30 for the privilege to try those shoes on.
I ordered two pair of hurraches in different sizes and one pair of boots - I ordered my US size and my UK size because their sizing is not the same as most US/UK I thought I read the return policy thoroughly but I didn’t quite absorb that I would be paying return shipping AND a 10% restocking fee. They are wordy and vague about these things. The boots are well made and completely differently sized than the shoes. They also came from Turkey - UPS claims they want import tarrif fees and the box was totally destroyed so it’s a good thing I did not have to return them. The shoes also have a different sole which is very hard and slippery. Returning the 2 pair of shoes cost me $26 plus a 10% restocking fee. Easy returns?! I think not. I wish I never ordered anything.
I was recommended this brand by a friend who tried them - and I immediately fell in love. In a short amount of time I’ve accumulated several pairs of shoes from Earthing Harmony. Their website is professional, the order experience is as easy as anywhere else, the product that comes in arrives exactly as expected every time in earth friendly packaging that makes you feel good from the second you receive your product. You can feel the quality and love that goes into it. I almost can’t go back to wearing socks. My feet have never felt so free and connected while wearing shoes. I haven’t worn anything else in months - it just feels unnatural.
I wanted to give Earthing Harmony’s grounding sheet a try to see if I could get relief from aches & pains & not wake up every 2 hours. I’ve only had the sheet for 2 weeks & have noticed some relief & better sleep. But the REAL proof was sleeping 3 restless nights in our RV & returning home to sleep in my own bed & having the BEST sleep ever! What a difference grounding makes!
These ankle strap sandals are the most comfortable shoes that I own, and I have several very comfortable, high quality shoes. My balance has improved with these sandals, which at 75 is saying a lot.. I can easily slip them on without undoing the straps, and they stay on my feet...I highly recommend these sandals, and, as an added benefit, they look really good as well.

I ordered the ballet flats after doing a lot of research on grounding. Within a month of wearing them, I noticed that my knee pain was gone. I always struggled to kneel and get back up. Seriously, it was gone! I also have had plantar fasciitis and could never wear flats, and could never find shoes that I could wear at conferences and business events where I walk for 3-4 miles daily. I would normally limp back to my room at the end of the day. No more! I tell everyone I meet about these shoes!
Loved the shoes, i ordered two pairs in May. I received two pairs but one pair was boots instead of huaraches. I notified them and they told me to do a return online the problem was I didn't order the boots so of course they’re not listed. Then they wanted to charge me $13 to return the boots when it was their error. Finally after numerous attempts I get a return label and I send them back. I was told my correct pair was being shipped. Waiting and waiting reach out again and reassured my shoes are being shipped. Still no shoes its August they have my money and now no responses.
I ordered leather sandals with straps, the straps will not stay on my heels. I tried tightening them 3x and nothing helped. I cannot wear them. For the price of $140+ this is ridiculous. They cant even design a simple sandal that is functional. I asked for an exchange but they said they cant because the sandal was worn. Of course i wore them to see how they fit when I walk in them. They only offered me a discount to re-buy another pair of their crap shoes. These shoes arent even worth $20.00. What a joke! Poor customer service. Spend your money somewhere else.
These are the best shoes my poor feet have ever had the gift to wear. The privilege to wear the last 6 decades. The leather is supple, the grounding though the copper plug is true, and my feat have healed day by day just living in this new non-plastic reality. So grateful.

I bought a pair of Criss Cross Women’s Sandal Grounding Shoes from Earth Harmony which are like wearing no shoes at. The wonderful barefoot feeling I have when wearing them. I have purchased three pairs of grounding shoes and love every single pair. They are so bare feet comfortable.
The Chelsea boots are fabulous! I have been breaking them in slowly and they get more comfortable each time! I’m so excited to have something for rainy and snowy weather! I have to say though, for anyone experiencing foot pain, you have to buy the huaraches. Instantly comfortable and such an amazingly accommodating toe box. Almost too easy to wear! I forgot I was building all those muscles and kept getting super sore! Now I have stronger legs and feet.

I absolutely love my Earthingharmony shoes. I have two pairs. I bought the women’s huaraches and the sandals. They are extremely comfortable, and great looking. My feet do not become tired by the end of the day, and truly I feel like I’m barefoot. I also love the grounding brass rivet in the sole of the shoes, it hits an acupressure point on the ball of my foot, which I feel helps with circulation.
The quality of these grounding sandals is excellent. They are made of leather that will adjust and fit your foot very comfortably. I love my closed toe Huarache sandals. They are very pretty on my feet. We wore Huarache sandals as children and I have loved them ever since then. They go with my entire wardrobe 😃

For me, the size was a bit bigger than usual. I usually wear a US 10, but I found that their shoes required a US 9, and they fit perfectly! There’s a bit of a wait for delivery, but they’re definitely worth the wait! :-)
