My package was initially delivered to the wrong place. I understand that this was most likely the courier’s mistake and not SilkSilky’s fault.
However, when I contacted SilkSilky because I had not received my package, I was disappointed with their customer service. Instead of addressing my concern, I repeatedly received essentially the same response telling me that the tracking showed the package as delivered.
Fortunately, I eventually retrieved my package. I contacted SilkSilky again to let them know that I had received it and explained what had happened, but once again I received the same generic response. It felt as though my messages were not actually being read.
As for the product itself, I am very happy with it. It is beautiful, very nicely packaged, and I genuinely love what I received.
Unfortunately, good communication is also an important part of online shopping. Because it was so difficult to communicate with the company when there was a problem, I would not purchase from SilkSilky again, despite how much i like the product.

Great service. After I clumsily duplicated an order…
After I clumsily duplicated an order late one night, I sent a panicky email requesting cancellation. My experience of other companies is that they claim this isn't possible. A prompt reply from Silksilky the next morning confirmed the cancellation and a refund followed almost immediately. This level of customer service, alongside gorgeous products definitely warrants 5 stars.

Delivery took a bit longer than usual as coming directly from China. At the same time, the quality is surprisingly well after I made many bad experiences with goods coming from China. I'm totally happy with my silky nightdress and can recommend silksilky to 100%.

I purchased two items from Silky—a silk bra and a two-piece tank top and shorts set. Unfortunately, the quality was not what I expected, so I returned both items in accordance with their return policy.
I paid for the return shipping myself after being assured I would receive a full refund. To their credit, they did reimburse the return shipping cost. However, they have not refunded the full amount of my order, despite repeatedly stating that they have. I also paid extra for their Worry-Free Purchase Protection, making this situation even more frustrating.
When I questioned the missing refund, customer service claimed they had refunded my order in full, but the dollar amount they provided does not match what I originally paid. I have carefully reviewed my bank account multiple times, and the full refund has never been received.
Communication has been confusing, inconsistent, and has now stopped altogether. Rather than providing a clear explanation or resolving the discrepancy, they have simply stopped responding.
I feel extremely disappointed and misled by this experience. If you decide to order from this company, I strongly recommend keeping detailed records of your purchase, return, and refund communications. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Silky until they resolve their refund process and customer service issues.

I ordered a top called a built in bra camisole top. Somehow I ordered an XS rather than a medium. I decided that I’d need to return it. When I ordered the top I had gone through UK Silky Silky but I don’t think this is a UK based company like I thought so returns will be expensive. Trying to contact Silky Silky is not easy. I tried the email address provided but my emails bounced back. Eventually I got a reply but rather than answer my explanation to my problem it just posed more questions. I had the distinct impression that it was a computerised response. I replied to their email but once again I got bounce backs but eventually one must have got through. Once again another email giving me options which would mean a response from me and more bounce backs. By this time I gave up as andead loss and a lesson learned. The cynic in me rather thinks that this is the outcome that Silky Silky would prefer. If they are overseas then the return costs would probably not be economically viable versus the cost of the product (£27.99 plus £6.99 delivery).
