I liked the quality of the product but did not like the lack of communication from Customer Service and the length of time it took to receive the orders and I don’t think I got the discount promised on the sleep mask that I ordered. I probably will not order again from this company. There are too many online companies that now hide from their customers when any issues come up and this seems to be one of them!

The sizing is weird, either too small or too big. I did an exchange and needed to send it to USA from Australia, although I received product from China. Paid shipping and import tax for USA as well (total about 50$). Received another item, quality is questionable, they have piece of silk next to it to check authenticity of the silk, but even with naked eye and hand touch I understand that it is not same material as the garment.

The underwear I ordered were a small fit so I had to return. The quality however was good. The customer service was very good with regular email updates.

The silk trousers arrived promptly, are of a good quality heavy silk and just the colour I wanted to go with a white tunic. I haven't washed them yet, but the washing instructions are very detailed and sensible. The price was very reasonable. The product is of course from China - but well made, well packaged and very far from being throw-away fashion. I intend to keep these a long time.

I bought the dark blue LONG BONNET for my long, thick, dark brown hair (extensions). It took a couple of nights to learn how to put it on so that it did not come off in the night. Once I did, I was amazed the next morning...my hair came out of the bonnet like dark brown flowing silk...as if i had just come out of the salon. It truly was amazing. Now a quick brush before I put the bonnet on and it is easy and quick. Fantastic customer service when I bought more but which were too short for my very long thick hair. Superb prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The delivery was super quick and the silk double layered turban is excellent quality. I’m sure I’ll be able to grow my hair now because my hair is kept smooth underneath the turban. A silk pillowcase is not enough on its own, especially when one has bleached highlights. I still had breakage around the temples. The fit is super comfortable and can be adjusted if need be. It stays on the whole night what an amazing product. I’m going to order another style soon.

When my product wasn’t at my home, even though the deliver company said it was delivered, I emailed the company. They responded immediately and were helpful and supportive, with clear communication. When the item was delivered the following day, I let them know and again they responded immediately. The product itself is beautiful and well made.
