J&H Tackle my #1 supplier
My 1st purchase was quick and easy, very happy on how easy it was, I purchased a mxl raptor very pleased with my purchase at J&H.. J&H where recommended by my son. I was so please with my 1st purchase that I went back few months later a purchased a 2nd mxl raptor from J&H.. I will continue to purchase in the future with J&H.. I highly recommend J&H!!

Great Product, Great Service
I needed an Avet and they were the only place that had the model and color I wanted. Ironically, they also had the most competitive prices! I am always hesitant about buying from smaller scale retailers I'm not personally familiar with, but my interactions with Josh and Emma were great and they even accommodated my weird line spooling request! Shipping was fast and I love my new reel. Im getting it into action tomorrow morning! I really wish I could get up to see the shop in person, I bet it's incredible. Thanks guys, you have a new customer!

i ordered two fillet knives on 19th…
i ordered two fillet knives on 19th April, my card was charged 132 dollars including shipping. no shipping notification email has arrived. emailed josh on 1st May and email was ignored 10th May still heard nothing, hope to get a card refund after 30 days.

An order I placed with J and H was back…
An order I placed with J and H was back ordered and was somehow overlooked. So I contacted them about it and instead of making an excuse, they admitted the error, accepted responsibility, apologized and stated they would ship my order that day and I received confirmation of it as well. I don’t have respect for people who make up lame excuses. You don’t have to worry about that with the folks at J and H. They are 100% dependable and honest. As a matter of fact I admire them so much I placed another order that day!

Ordered a rod and reel 4/12 still…
Ordered a rod and reel 4/12 still haven't heard anything about it and haven't received a tracking number. Reached out the josh on instagram, he was very short in responses only to say "should ship tomorrow" and that was 2 days ago with nothing still. Happened to notice this is a pretty common thing judging by all the 1 star reviews saying the same thing.
