I like the product but I bought them thinking I was getting facecloths. Instead, they have turned into our favourite dish towels. They are soft and absorbent.

I never received the shipment. I had to pay another added shipping fee from Fed ex for my last order and the new one is stuck in Tennessee in some investigation due to calligraphy ink. They think it’s some hazardous materials that I had to Docusign two different ways to verify last week and it’s still there. Now FedEx won’t reply to emails about it. Would love to love the items I bought but they’re on the other side of the United States. #thanks trump
