Poor connection with Jetpac Europe region eSIM in Switzerland
I have used Jetpac when I previously travelled to Switzerland and they were great. This time I bought a European region card as I was staying longer and it was awful. Could hardly connect to LTE sometime even just 3G and never to 5G. It made it impossible to use it for most of the trip as even with LTE often data connection failed. Reverting to my normal provider paying extra to be connected to the same Swiss network immediately connected to 5G, so it is clearly Jetpac issue. Poor and I will not use them again.

Simply the worst. My eSIMs didn't work at all during my trip to the USA/India, and I ended up having to buy another one.
The eSIM showed a 5G connection, but nothing would load because there was no actual internet access.

Had an issue setting up my e sim but they sorted it in minutes. I did need to get on WiFi but the WhatsApp chat support was amazing from Dan. I just needed to delete the old e sim and re download the new one as they had changed something since I last used one. Super easy and able to leave this review thanks to being online!
