I bought the eSIM for travelling in mainland China. I followed all the instructions and installed before arriving. No probs at all. However, I needed to buy additional data. I had a problem in that the additional data was added to a second eSIM. The WhatsApp live chat is brilliant! On two occasions, the chat with JetPac staff has solved the issues in minutes. Would recommend

I have tried Jetpac three times and they absolutely never disappoint. They have amazing prices, absolutely great customer service, and great bundles that work in both the US and Europe (based on what I have tried so far). My phone is broken that I could no longer access the internet connection through it.
I then contacted the Jetpac through whatsapp but I felt useless as it was not much of a help. I then send an email and I received a quick response within one hour.
I was assisted by Angelika to reinstall my esim on another phone, as well as to activate the pack I meant to use. She explained in details of what to do.
And it works..!!
I strongly recommend Jetpac!
