Happy with seamless connection abroad and kind attitude when some issues happened. Problem solved every time.
I am using Jetpac for around 3 ~ 4 years. The connection quality in Thailand, India, China... always smooth and no interruption. I had two times of issues of initial settings, which is nothing to do with Jetpac problem but every time somebody helped me. Attitude was good and, most importantly, the problems solved. I like it. Problems could happen but much more important thing is how to solve the problems together. In my cases, every time worked!!

Company does not change wrong invoices, support members repeatedly make untrue statements
The support members of this company say that they cannot change the name on a receipt after it has been issued. They say even the CEO of the company would not be able to change the name on a receipt or send a correct receipt, even if the original receipt they provided is wrong.
They argue that this is due to their software, however upon request they do not name the software that arguably does not allow to change incorrect documents.
Also, they repeatedly say that they issue receipts but not invoices. However, on the „Receipt“ it says „Invoice Number“ and there is also a name given under „Bill to“ which makes it look like an invoice.
In almost every email the support send me, there was a statement that is factually not true. This company seems strange and not credible to me.

I’m very disappointed with Jetpac’s customer service. I have $10 in referral credit on my account, but despite being able to see the credit at checkout, I’m unable to actually use it toward an eSIM purchase.
I contacted customer support through WhatsApp and sent screenshots of the issue, along with other requested information. three days ago, I was told that the issue would be looked into and that I would be contacted once it was resolved. I’m now being asked to provide the same screenshot again by email, despite having already sent it through WhatsApp.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I’m leaving for a trip very soon, so I have a fairly clear deadline. Instead of resolving what seems like a very simple issue, I’ve spent a considerable amount of time going back and forth with customer service and repeatedly providing the same information, without actually getting a solution.
At this point, I would simply like my $10 referral credit to be applied so I can use it toward my eSIM, but the amount of time and effort required to resolve such a small issue has been extremely disappointing.
I’ve referred people to Jetpac in the past, but after this experience, I’m very hesitant to recommend the service again. The product may be fine, but the customer service experience has been frustrating and unhelpful.
