Been using them for 2 years now. Been to a lot of countries all over the world travelling and never had any issues. Great service and product. Prices are better than most aswell.

Great and fast support over Whatsapp - I had some trouble adding a second passenger to the smart delay perk (free lounge if your flight is delayed) in the app and I got help within minutes from a kind Jetpac Expert, Almin.

I earlier posted a 1-star review reproduced below. After, Jetpac reached out to give a pro-rata refund of unused data and granted the new-user promo. I applaud Jetpac for listening to the voice of a customer and for their commitment to continuous improvement (six sigma!). Hence this revision to 4-star.

Lesson learned.
Never used Jetpac before, so I gave it a try - bought 10 GB for 30 days in India. It was very unreliable - sometimes it worked, most times not. I had to go back to Maya to ensure coverage. At expiration, I still had 5 GB left. I did not even think of asking for credit as they refused to give me the new user discount that lured me in the first place.

I purchased a 30GB Europe plan with 12 months’ validity, only to discover that it had been deleted from my account. I was then told that their policy had changed and the validity was now only 3 months.
The biggest issue is that I received no clear notification of this change. Their confirmation emails also contain very little detail about the plan purchased, which now makes it extremely difficult to prove the original validity period.
Customer service asked me to provide screenshots as proof, yet the plan itself has already been removed from their app and they claim they are unable to retrieve or verify the details on their end.
So the customer is expected to provide evidence of a purchase that the company itself apparently cannot retrieve from its own records.
Extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not trust them with another purchase and would strongly recommend others think twice before spending their money here.
