5star customer service using the Whatsapp chat via the app. Solved all issues I had very quickly and effectively. After looking around jetpack has given competitive data packs for in Europe. I have zero issues connecting various rural areas all over France and Italy over a period of 3 months. Definitely will use jetpac for future travel again.

Disappointing experience — USA eSIM did not work in Puerto Rico
I purchased a USA data pack specifically because I was travelling to both Florida and Puerto Rico. Before purchasing, I contacted customer support to confirm that the USA data pack would work in Puerto Rico, and I was told that it would.
The eSIM worked without any issues while I was in Florida, but once I arrived in Puerto Rico, it simply did not work. I contacted support, but I was unable to get the service working.
The most frustrating part is that I asked about Puerto Rico before purchasing and was assured that it was covered. Had I been given accurate information, I would have purchased a different eSIM or plan.
Florida coverage was good, but being unable to use the data in Puerto Rico after receiving confirmation from support is a major disappointment. I would recommend checking the coverage very carefully before purchasing.

I was having difficulty in downloading the eSIM getting an error message that the download did not complete. Joevy at customer support was patient and very helpful after he looked at my account. He sent me a new code with a couple of steps to do before starting the download. We went back and forth 3-4 times via email because i had questions and I’m not that tech savvy. I was surprised it didn’t take that long and now I’m ready for my vacation! Thank you.

I am not a whiz at computers first off. So my story begins with a trip coming up this fall and I decide to try Jetpac by buying 2 eSIM cards this summer. Now that the trip is nearing, I decide I will install those cards. So I fumble through my emails and find my purchase and then try to scan the GR code to install. Unfortunately, time had passed and the GR codes were no longer valid. So now I am in a panic thinking I would need to purchase new ones. To my surprise I emailed Jetpac who responded almost immediately. Angelika was fabulous. She asked a few questions, reset my codes and gave me step by step instructions about sending a card to my husband. Without Angelina I would not have been able to do it by myself. Easy to correspond and received a very quick response. Thank you Jetpac I look forward to using the eSIM on my upcoming trip.

I wasn’t able to use my eSIM and they were able to issue me a refund (although that is still pending 3-5 days as of posting this). Their WhatsApp bot led me to a real person very quickly, and they were able to help me with my issue.
