Applied for a loan

Applied for a loan, sent all documentation required. I might add My Daughter is on the deed of my home also. They came back and said that she would have to be taken off the deed because she has a judgment against her. She signed the papers to be taken off the deed, went down and filed them and sent them proof that had this had been done. They didn’t intern come back and said all fine and dandy. But her two judgments against her must be paid in full before they loan me the money. What in the heck are they talking about? Needless to say, I said the heck with you.
