Pleasant customer service experience!
It was 3am.I saw a post online about debt relief. It caught my attention because it said that your company had several options for people who needed help. My bank wanted to refinance my home. I wasn't willing to give up my 3.3% interest rate so I declined. JW Wentworth was a name I'd heard before. They had good reviews and a known reputation so I felt like giving them a try. I completed the form and expected a call later that day. I answered their call and had the pleasure of having LaShawn Hubbard as my CSR. She was interested in my needs and did an assessment of which program best fit my situation. Her explanations were clear and thorough. She was patient and always confirmed my understanding of the program. For some reason,I trusted her. I told her how skeptical I was because there's always talk about seniors getting taken advantage of by scammers,etc. She acknowledged my concerns and assured me this was a legit company that focused on consumer satisfaction. I appreciated the time she spent making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.

I've used JGW before and it was a great experience. Well...as great as it could be anyway. Everything previously was taken care of quickly and I didn't have to worry about anything. Looking forward to another new beginning and getting my life in order.
