Products received are always exactly as described online. The company takes extra special care in packaging to make sure everything arrives intact and undamaged. Could be better with tracking but it's hard when it comes from overseas so just be aware of that if you like lots of tracking updates. You don't get those here. But if you purchased because you care more about the products than watching your package travel, you can't go wrong with this company

There is a wide range of items to choose from. The prices are sometimes higher than elsewhere, the quality is the same. Ordering and paying is simple and straightforward, but shipping can take longer. Shipping is done, at least here in Germany, via Hermes.
Nice site for journal supplies
The designs are lovely just wish I paid more attention to the size. Several loops were in millimeter size, not centimeters and I missed that. I guessed small but not itty bitty size. Delivery was prompt and communication was awesome! If you order pay attention to the size you are ordering.
2nd huge haul and everything was great!
This was my 2nd time ordering and this one was a huge order,! I was very pleased with everything. I was able to complete two journals as gifts using a lot of what was in this order. The only thing I wasn't happy with was two PET Tapes which were not pre cut. My bad for not reading the description better. But the designs were beautiful and fun and turned blank pages into beautiful scenes. Both times the boxes were damaged. Thank you Journal Say for such amazing stickers etc. I can't wait to place another order.

Very satisfied with the quality of product as received this time, however some of the items were much smaller than indicated. Usually I get a free gift but I didn’t get anything this time so that was disappointing.
Impatient, delivery is too long
I can't say anything about the product but I can say the shipping for me is horrible. My package has been shipped all around the world and back and it has been over a month. I still have not received it yet 😕 😞 😪.but I hope when it does come it will have been worth the wait. It's a learning lesson about shopping overseas. You play the waiting game and l am not good at that........impatient customer

Fast shipping with low threshold for free shipping. Lots of items to choose from. I do wish they carried more washi stickers, the PET tape is too shiny sometimes. As long as shipping is free at $29.00, I will continue to shop here.

Leaking ink
Everything was great except for the ink set which leaked everywhere thank God it was shipped separately. But I would love a replacement because the ink said is unusable in the condition that it came in.
Sell AI products.
I think it's one of the better place to find accessible stationery items like stickers and washi tapes. It's really affordable. BUT I dislike the use of the AI. Really. It's not that good, it's not pleasant aesthetics and it's not ethic either. I know, they want to make money, fine I understand. But as a customer, I don't want AI stickers or washi. Besides, I doubt their AI is trained on their own artistic material so it's ... shady. At best. So it's a goodbye for me, I think it's important to make some statements against AI these days, especially as a customer. I'll buy elsewhere, where AI is not used.
The Washi Tapes
The Washi Tapes, PET tapes, and stickers are awesome! The packaging unfortunately was not. When I opened the box, there was a pile of bubble wrap and below was my order. It was not wrapped up but looked like someone piled my order and stuck a pile of bubble wrap on it. Luckily there was no glass.

Slow delivery and damaged goods
I ordered the roll of cat PET stickers on 12 November and didn't receive them until 19 December. The roll was squashed but I was able to salvage some of it. The stickers are adorable and I was able to make some lovely gift tags with them. Such a shame they took so long to arrive and were damaged in transit. I suggest improved packaging in future.
