It does not cut through card stock. When I was using the cutting tool, one of the cutters fell apart. I am returning it for a refund.

I have to start off by saying I love the products and my issue is not at all with that. My issue is with the website it is so slow and frustrating there have been many times I’ve just quite and left the site due to frustration . The pictures are to small and there should be a bit more detail on it. Now on to my second frustration, here I am seeing all these beautiful wrapped boxes with stickers and here I am an actual paying customer and a repeat customer at that and I get everything thrown in a box with some bubble wrap placed on top haphazard. There is nothing worst and fustratingnthen to think those people are more important then your paying customers. You need to pay attention to the details. Everyone is always showing free gifts and cards that are sent with there packages those things are important and make people feel special and want to come back. Your tracking is also lacking and even though I know there is nothing you can do about shipping it should be more transparent Besides that your products and variate is great

Horrible customer service, didn’t deliver my order and now refusing to refund me. Despite messaging them for over two weeks now and being asked to wait and promising my order would arrive, it’s now been over a month but they’re refusing to refund me. The tracking shows that the parcel is on its way back to them (they can’t tell me why it can’t be delivered) but they tell me I have to wait another MONTH before they’ll give me my money back! Completely unacceptable and will be reporting them. Avoid!!!

I really love the products and the panicking. It is very cute and it has a very good cualety. But it takes longer time than I thought but it is not a very big problem. Really love it and recommend.
I feel very disappointed by an item in the order. The sales info made it seem that the binder would come with pages, but there were no plastic pages. The company should be clear that no pages are included. This was a waste of money for me.
Not impressed with these tapes. The tape itself is certainly not washy, the rolls only hold about 1/4 of what real washy tapes do, and the designs were pretty average. First and last order.

The products are really beautiful, but sometimes the actual color is different from the photo on the website, they look brighter there. Also, sometimes some pieces of each product are missing (for example, if it says that the product contains 10 pieces, sometimes it has 9, it's not a big deal, but maybe it's important for you to know). In general I like the products, they are good quality.
The variety of products and themes is vast, and the prices are reasonable. The combination of these two factors makes it easy to create a haul for yourself. I purchased a cutting mat, ephemera, PET tapes and stickers, washi tape, and pretty scissors. Everything was received as advertised. My only concern is the tightness of the scissors. I have neuropathy of the hands which makes their use impractical. I would have given Journalsay a 4.9 rating if that were possible.
