Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Fast shipping. Great prices. The items i purchased (mystery boxes) were beyond expectations- generous, high quality items, and very pretty. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be shopping from this store again in the future, definitely!
My second order and really happy with all the products I ordered. Just as pictured and described on the website, and wonderful quality. My order was beautifully packaged and arrived promptly. Thank you for your excellent service. I will definitely be back!

Ordered many times and always got what i ordered. The one time a item was out of stock customer support helped quick and fast and sent replacement as soon as it was in stock again.
I love this webshop. The quality of the items are good. The shipping is also fast, little over a week I received the items. The packaging of the parcel is great, came in a box with bubblewrap. And the customer service is also great, fast replies and good solutions when something went wrong with the order.
I have ordered from Journalsay many times and I have never had an issue. Orders are well packaged, ships quickly and is typically cheaper than other sites, including Temu and Shein.
Another fantastic order fulfilled by Journeysay. Their products are great, the delivery time & packaging is amazing. They are just so good to deal with
It was through watching Jesus and coffee with Mary that I was introduced to your company. I loved the items I was seeing and because I live in Canada I thought the it wouldn’t be possible to get. To my great surprise your prices are really good even with the exchange and I love the items I have gotten. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
Everything arrived well packaged and it arrived in the expected time frame. I was able to track it and then the USPS delivered it quickly.

Wonderful items for my scrapbooks and journals!! Unique finds!!
Easy to navigate website. The products received were of good quality and good value for money.
I love what I purchase from Journalsay! Everything I’ve received is beautiful.
The products are always of high quality, the best price, and the customer is outstanding. For example, I ordered two mystery boxes of the same kind and immediately got a message if that is correct or if I would like to change my order. In general, the customer service is very quick. If you write them you get an answer in less than 24h. In addition, I really appreciate that they cover the new European import fee and just charge you 3€. I was sceptical but it really worked.
Such an easy and enjoyable experience. Ordering was easy although there were so many items to choose from it made it difficult. Prices are good, everything was on sale. The mystery box was a great choice for me to make. The box was completely stuffed with great products and definitely worth more than I paid for it. The order came in about a week, which is the quickest it has ever come. Journalsay is definitely a great place to deal with, very happy customer here! Will definitely be ordering again
I cant tell you how much I love these boxes. This was my second purchase and this time I got the fantasy/magic box as well.as almost all of the ink pads and a thing of stencils. The box was jam packed with PET tape, washi tape, stickers and gorgeous papers for scrapbooking. I will be getting more in the future!! Absolutely amazing!
