Lovely quality crafting products.

I am always a little nervous when ordering for the first time from a company I found advertised on Facebook but I really shouldn’t have worried. My first parcel arrived quickly and the quality is excellent, I am so pleased with everything and I have already placed another order. Lovely products, a nice range and with some different pieces. Even better with the summer sale as prices are brilliant. Highly recommend.

Fantastic range of products

Fantastic range of products. I have bought twice from them now. Ordering was easy. The shipping was affordable, which is super important for me because I am in New Zealand. The delivery was timely and the items I received were exactly as described and in a couple of instances were even nicer than they had photographed on the website. I will absolutely be buying from Journalsay again.

This is my third order from this…

This is my fourth order from this company. My first package was a bit disorganized; five items were not in their bags and were loose in the box, and one item was missing. However, the company promptly took responsibility and sent the missing item with my second order. Today, I received my third package. I placed an order for $203.61, but the items arrived in a plain white box, with one item not bagged and loose within the box again. Additionally, none of the gift items I've seen in unboxing videos from various YouTubers were included. My first and second orders, which were around $100 each, included one or two gifts, but this order had none. It seems they may not be paying as much attention to my orders. I am quite disappointed.

Regarding the plain white box used for this shipment, our custom colorful packaging boxes happened to run out around August 10. The new batch had not yet arrived, so some orders packed and shipped between August 10 and 11 had to be sent in plain white boxes temporarily. We completely understand that the packaging is part of the experience, especially for returning customers, and we sincerely apologize if this made your order feel less special. We’re also sorry to hear that one of the items was once again loose inside the box without its individual packaging. This is not the packing standard we aim for, and we will pass your feedback along to our warehouse team so they can pay closer attention when preparing future orders. As for the promotional gifts, we checked your third order and confirmed that it was placed during one of our promotional events. During this promotion, the gift items needed to be added to the shopping cart and checked out together with the rest of the order in order to be included in the package. We can see that this was done with your previous orders, which is why those gifts were included. However, no promotional gift items were added to the cart with this particular order, so our warehouse system did not show any gifts to be packed with it. We’re very sorry that this was not clear enough during the promotion, especially since you had received gifts with your previous orders and naturally expected something similar this time. Please know that the difference in packaging or gifts was not because we value your order any less. We truly appreciate that you have chosen to shop with us three times, and we’re sorry that this shipment did not provide the experience you expected. Thank you again for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to explain.

Wonderful surprise boxes

I’m absolutely delighted with my 2 surprise boxes they arrived quicker than expected n I can’t believe how much you squeeze into the box for the price n the quality n variety is amazing n iv tried other journal supplies from another company n I was very disappointed with them so I’ll definitely be ordering more from you I highly recommend Journalsay you definitely won’t be disappointed thank you

Repeat Customer

I love the many different products they carry. Every purchase I have made has been of great quality and exactly as described. Remember to look at sizes when ordering, small products are smaller than you would think and its in metric measurement. It hasn't stop me from getting anything. Customer service has always replied when I've had a question. I appreciate that very much, and one of my reasons for being a repeat customer. Great job Journalsay!
