Consistent Shopping Experience
Journalsay did a great job fulfilling my order. They offered a variety of top-quality, inexpensive stationery. I was also able to successfully use one of their coupon codes. Shipping was transparent; the tracking information was regularly updated, and my package arrived safely. There were no defects. I highly recommend Journalsay if you like stationery supplies.
Don’t pass this gem by…….
My first time shopping with you, I was a little sceptical as to the quality of the items I’d ordered. I’m delighted to say that that was unfounded. I’m thrilled to bits and know I will be a customer for a long time to come. The added bonus was the beautiful packaging and the obvious care that had been taken putting my order together. It’s details like that you remember. Thank you so much x
Quality products with budget prices
Every order I place is done with the confidence that I’m getting quality supplies, beautifully created and at a price that is within my budget. Even their customer support is better than any other I’ve had experience with. Journalsay is my go-to store for my journaling supplies.

Quality & Variety
Quality & Variety “I’m always impressed with the quality and variety of products from JournalSay. There’s such a huge selection of beautiful papers, stickers, embellishments and journaling supplies, and I always find something unique that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Everything I’ve ordered has arrived as expected and has been perfect for my journals.”
Highly recommend!!
The Journalsay website is so easy to navigate & the prices are very reasonable. It takes roughly 1.5 weeks for my parcel to arrive & I’m classed as living in a regional area in Australia - so I think that’s pretty good. I’ve been very happy with both of my deliveries & will continue to buy my art / junk journal supplies from them. They’re also very prompt with responding to any queries and I can’t fault their customer service so far.
Great product selection

Very happy with my purchases
Shipping fast, items very well packaged. I got some items I had been looking for such as a storage box for washi tape and others I didn't know I wanted but had seen them on a youtube haul. My only sorta negative comment is that the washi tape boxes were advertised as $25.33 on sale for $12.66 on sale and an 18-inkpad storage cabinet for $58.83 on sale for $29.41. They were nowhere near the pre-sale price and I thought the sale price was, in terms of function of the pieces, what they were actually worth. The storage cabinet was a dream to put together and I am more then haapy with the quality. I just don't like what appears to be a sale tactic but it won't stop me from ordering again.
All of the products I received are excellent quality
All of the products I received are beautiful and good quality and will brighten my planner spreads for quite a while. The PET tapes are beautiful and look amazing. They are all kiss cut, so no having to cut them out. Bonus! The washi tapes are strong and don't break, but are easy to tear if you want to. I also purchased some Dictionary sheets and I love those. I may have to get the whole collection! I'll definitely be buying more. In fact I've already started my next order! Oh, and the customer service is also great!
